Honestly the best place for hot sandwiches. I absolutely love to eat there, good is amazing and I have yet to have a bad experience, even when they've made mistakes it was always taken care of. It's ten times the place Subway or Firehouse ever hoped to be.
Food is really good. Service seems ? to be an after thought. Run ?♂️ ?♀️ by teenagers, sadly. Portions are not enough, regardless if you asked for extra.
Although I hate to do this, traveling all day and making it back home late at night, we had very few options as to where to eat. Fortunately, Penn Station, which I have never patronized in the past was open. We were reluctant to go on in and place an order because from the outside of the store looking in, it appeared that they had already cleaned up the store and grill and were ready to shut err down for the evening.It was the last 20-30 minutes before closing. We were starving having driven all day and looking for a good bite. Any bite. Besides the rubber burgers served at the clown with orange hair's joint down the street, We decided to go on into Penn Station and see if we could get a couple of sandwiches to go. I expected 1 of 2 things. Either a bad attitude or just a flat-out, "no sorry, we're closed".Gratefully, the staff was receptive and not taken back by our timing and graciously took our order.The sandwiches came out super hot and oh so tasty.The manager and cook that night were super. We really appreciate their patience and hard work in providing excellent service and great steak sandwiches. Great experience all around. I'll be patronizing this place all the time.I definitely recommend Penn Station.

Be sure to3 tell them exactly what you want and DON'T want on the sandwich. Ordered a Philly and asked for pizza sauce on the side and didn't think I should have to tell them no mayo or mustard but¹ they put both on it. Also said lite mushrooms and noo_ onions but got extra onions.
Tasty sub with fresh hot fries. I've eaten here a few times and it's a bit hit or miss on the quality of the sub, mainly on how it is put together.
I spent $33 on 2 subs 2 small fries and a lemonade 11/18/21. The fries had been sitting and were nasty. Lemonade was WEAK (no lemon flavor at all). For claiming you have fresh squeezed lemonade it was horrible. There should be sour sweetness and pulp. I specifically asked for mushrooms and NO onions. My sub doesn’t come with to begin with. Well as I’m eating the sub bite into onions. I wasn’t able to finish or enjoy due to this. When using a flat top you should be cleaning as not to mix product. Probably not returning. I was a regular but yesterday probably lost my business.
They gave the best subs in town!! Love their fries and fresh squeezed lemonade!!
Fries are delicious! Sandwiches are always good. Order at the counter and food is brought to the table.
We were able to eat inside this pleasant, clean restaurant. The people were nice, too - great lunch!
