We ordered pizza from papa johns, they said it would come through door dash and that will arrive by 8 pm I ordered it at 6. IT IS 10:30 AND OUR PIZZA GOT LOST IN THE MAIL TWICE!!! I HATE DOORDASH. We tried to reorder it and papa johns said it will be at my house soon, but at 10:30 they called me and cancelled my order and gave me a refund. This cost 50 dollars.
They got my pizza done super quick and was extremely nice when I was a bit late. Great food and everything was correct! Thank you! :o)
You cannot call your neighborhood Papa John's. There's a national call center but no one answers. My special instructions to have my pizza well done or crisp were not followed. Lack of pepperoni no sauce or cheese. Tasted like a $6 frozen Digiorno pizza that I ended up paying $10 for; what a deal. Was asked before I even l tasted it to give a tip. A tip for myself having to call and call to get someone to answer who couldn't speak English and took three or four minutes to take my order and try to upsell me for a bigger size and cheese bread and sauces. First time visit and last.
For some reason every time I do a delivery from here, and the customer said they tipped in-app, the tip shows $0. I did some research on why this happens and found out that your employees are able to steal the tips meant for drivers because the customer ordered through your website and you routed the delivery to doordash, but kept the tip that wasn't meant for you. If I could sue, I would. What a terrible practice.
Ordered multiple pizzas and cheese bread. Delivery driver showed up with the complete wrong order. Then never contacted the store to get the order remade. 40 minutes after they showed up with the wrong order still no pizzas. Called store and was put on hold then the person got an attitude and said they are just canceling our order. Worst service from a place with subpar pizza to begin with.
I should've known better just by glancing walking in. Nice "beef" and "chicken" freckles on my pizza guys. Who orders from this place regularly? Rip off!
This is one of the best pizza places in the city. I go here often and they always do a great job. They always have TONS of orders but get them out efficiently ??
Staff was excellent but my pizza was dry hardly any sausage topping. Crust was doughy. 1st average score all other 4 n 5 stars.
Forced to order online because the phone message says they're closed, however they're not.Forced to pay by card because there's no cash on pick up option.No lights turned on for the business sign, so driveway difficult to see.Forced to go inside on a contactless pickup order. We arrived, clicked the we're here button and the response was will be out in a moment. We could see one customer inside, three employees. Five more customers pulled up in cars and went inside and no one seemed to be ready to come out.It's been a long time since we had Papa John's Pizza, and it may be a long time again. Customer service just doesn't seem to be on their radar. Dominos service is much better.
We called to get a pizza delivered and about 10 minutes after it was placed they called and said their “oven was broken” so when we asked for a refund, the lady said I can’t do that and hung up the phone. We’ve been trying to call back and they just place me on hold immediately. Horrible customer service.
