$22 (+$1 tip) for self service and this?People, get breakfast somewhere else. Since this Panera moved I have only had regretful experiences in coming here. Also, the wi-fi is incredibly slow so trying to do any work activities on a laptop is impossible.
I like the old Panera better. I have not been to Panera in many years. I got the everything bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. The cream cheese actually taters like spinach artichoke dip for some reason. It's also reduced fat. It was not good at all. The bagel was awesome. I also had a hazelnut coffee which was pretty good. Another complaint is they use fancy looking plastic stirrers which I'm not a fan of plastic and see this as a waste. It was clean and the employees were super friendly and smiley.
It's 5pm. We came in to eat. All the lemonade were already being taken down and put into pitchers. I can guarantee customers alike would rather get them out of the machine. It's circulating and eye appealing. It looks so dead and warm in them pitchers. It's just too early to be taken down. I also pay for a subscription and would like to enjoy my drinks, a lot of times they are doing this. The drink stations are the worst in my opinion. Never stocked always out of coffee aswell. It took many many times for this to happen for me to make a Google review.
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but the wait time was ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes for one item. I understand being short staffed, but the last few times I have been to this location, the wait has been getting longer and longer. They need to better communicate with their customer of wait times. It might also be helpful to turn off ordering on the app if they are going to continue to operate like this. It’s clear that the staff was overwhelmed and it was just a bad experience for everyone involved.
This Panera is really slow and they rarely communicate how backed up or slow they will be. The old location was great, but this one definitely has issues. It would take less time to just go sit down at a full restaurant.
the wait was incredibly unacceptable. regardless of being short staffed. it’s common sense as a manager if you are not able to keep up the demands of in store, app orders and delivery you stop taking third party delivery orders. not only is it extremely inconsiderate to the delivery drivers who are rated on time and the customer who deserves timely delivery. if the workers were capable of having the orders ready no one would have to “harass” anyone. it’s not fair to be rude to other workers because of the inconvenience they are causing.
Sitting in the drive thru for 35mins. Then our food still wasn't finished. When we asked to speak with a manager she refused any compensation for our wait time. She kept making excuses for why they were so behind. We are now running late for our sons birthday party. Worst experience ever! Would write a review on the food but we never got it.
Unfortunately the wait times at this location are extremely long. I’ve been here now and for occasions and each time I’ve had to wait considerably longer to get my order then from the prior location. Today after waiting 10 minutes I was told they didn’t have any more of an ingredient for one of my items and then had to wait again or stand in line for a refund. I recommend finding another location preferably with the old layout .
I have been here a few times now and there is always very long wait times for once the food is ordered. The old location was much faster.
Could have dealt with it differently than wrapping in a napkin, could take a minute to make another one but its both sides. Had to dump it because it leaked all over my car. I should have known better when it was handed to me wrapped sad
