I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Went in on a Friday at 7pm and they were out of rice… white rice and brown rice. A Chinese food place out of rice, like how does that happen. Hardly anything else was even left to eat. Makes sense that most the reviews on here were 1 star ratings. Didn’t bother ordering just left.
After waiting 10 minutes(because everyone is short staffed, I try to be patient) and no one coming to take my order, I decided to go in- no big deal I wasn’t mad but I did let them know there were 3 cars waiting behind me in the drive thru. I went to order- they didn’t have any of the food ready other than one of the items I wanted, and the person taking my order acted annoyed that I even wanted those items. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now, but use communication and kindness with your customers, especially when they are being more than patient with you. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but every time I’ve tried to use the gift card I received, there has been an issue similar to this.
Out of everything I wanted and it was 530 prime dinner time??!! Read back my order and still wrong. Paid extra for shrimp I never got. I could get past mistakes but the staff, particularly Jordan, was very short, rude, and confrontational. I’ve never called customer service in my life until today. Won’t spend my hard earned money here ever again.
I lived in Mesa Arizona for eighteen years, wife and I ate at a Panda Express there nearly two or three times a week. The food there was great and hot. Extremely organized and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. This one totally opposite. Cold food,no tray. Orange chicken seemed dark, like was burnt. Food was not as good as Mesa. Sorry, I will not return to this one.
The cashier lady in the drive thru was really nice and smiled a lot so I enjoyed that. Also they don’t give u enough meat! Had way more rice than meat for a $9 bowl, it tasted good although my rangoons should have been reheated. Received no fortune cookies, I don’t eat them but it’s nice to read the piece of paper. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of the driveway at this location so u gotta become aggressive to get out. Due to that I only go when they open right before lunch rush.
First time customer, will not be going back cashier rude, and the gentleman at the drive thru was ok. He told me what I wanted and didn't let me pick my sides etc. Lady at the drive up window, was extremely rude when I asked her about a meal, then asked if I could order a drink before I paid, "you can't change your order once ordered." Told her it was my first time and probably would be my last, her response "so we don't need your business and we really do not care" 2 stars because the food was tasty and plentiful
Everyone did a great job helping the customers except for the managers that were there. They proceeded to wipe all tables, wipe seats, lift the seats in the booth and turn them upside down to wipe those, clean the ledge in the window and move the pickup order stand behind the counter before asking my name for my pick up order which they never did. Another employee took the time to do so. The male and female manager proceeded to walk right past me without acknowledging me at all. That’s disappointing based on the fact that managers are supposed to lead by example. Glad to see their employees behind the counter have their priorities in order. The managers should follow their lead.
The cook needs a serious attitude adjustment, other employees just standing around while the line inside is out the door as well as the drive thru line wrapping around the building. We ordered honey sesame chicken through the drive thru, was told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait and we can park put front and come in in 20 minutes, which is fine, but when we came in to get our order, 20+ minutes of waiting, the lady that took our order just looked at me and continued to let me wait in line knowing my order had been sitting next to the register for a good 10 minutes.
Amazing what passes for food these days,I've eaten at many Chinese style food places, and Panda Express does not satisfy, it is dog food! Except I like my dogs too much to feed them this site. The chicken is not real chicken meat, it is that rubbery processed "chicken" meat like substance.I had the ready to go stuff, perhaps their made to order is better but I will probably never know...The staff were very friendly and pleasant though.Fairly warned be all ;-)
I was on my lunch break and decided to visit Panda Express. I was greeted my Michelle, she was extremely pleasant. Michelle gave me outstanding service and made my visit delightful. Thanks Michelle!
