The service was top notch! The food left a lot to be desired. I had Fettichini Alfredo and the sauce was old and to thick to cover the pasta. I have always thought of that as my favorite dish there. Maybe it was the time of day, but it should not have been served. The spaghetti was fine.
Service was amazing. That was literally the only good about the trip. Food was extremely salty, cold, and small portions. Bread sticks were old. The establishment was dirty. Crumbs and cheese on the table. The major D was very unprofessional. Young kid who was talking with other coworkers instead of taking care of customers. Not a good place for a date night...
Excellent service and great food. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. The only negative mark is the ridiculous mask wearing. I didn't ask but am assuming it's not voluntary. Why are we still performing this unnecessary ritual?
The manager is simply amazing. She was very kind, fast, efficient and on top of it. We had a few issues but they were quickly resolved. The shrimp fritto misto is awesome. We will definitely be ordering it next time we come back.
Saying it loud!!!!! Diet or cheat meal your cravings will be taken care off.Salads to desserts they have it all aligned for each one of us out there. Soups/ House salad is to surely die for ?. Being vegetarian and mushroom lover my fav is giant cheese stuffed shells in creamy mushroom sauce- still lingering in my taste buds from last night dinner. And to satiate my hunger ordered their best chocolate brownie lasagnia dessert. This place is ?❤️ forever
My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening this Valentine's!!!! Kevin, our server, was top notch, as were the rest of the staff!!! If we could've afforded to tip the whole staff, we would have!!! The food was delicious! (Only drawback, had to park and walk a business away.) But it was so worth it, even with a cane! I wasn't much of a fan before, but now I believe this will be the only restaurant I visit in Portage! Well done Olive Garden! Well done!!
As always the food was absolutely delicious. The waiter was awesome!! He did a great at knowing what we need before we could even say it. lol. There was no wait at all and we were seated quickly!
Used to be decent place to dine. Went way downhill. Silverware had leftover food plastered on it. Minestrone soup consisted of noodles and generic tomato soup. Other soups were goopy and poor. Salad was tinged with wilted veggies. Service was alright, but never coming back because food is so bad. Will travel to Grandville MI instead or just find a nice Italian place not trying to give food poisoning to the patrons.
My fiance and I were going to just order to-go, but I am so happy the hostess convinced us to stay. Our server, Facundo, was friendly and easy to talk to. He always made sure that we were taken care of and that we were enjoying our food. Our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. We can't wait to come back!
I just can’t give this place five stars because the food is just not good. Nice service, but good is super bland. I mean, same exact breadsticks as other places. Be a little more authentic.
