Great food and friendly polite staff. I absolutely love the fact that there is a changing station in the male bathroom. I love how we live in a world where you can be any gender and all about equality; however most don't accommodate for dads.
Consistently missing items from orders or getting orders wrong. The drink machine hardly ever works. Clearly management issues.

The food was hot. That is about all it was good. The Japanese pen stir fry was dry to a paste. My kids won't touch the spaghetti. It is pretty awful. The Asian orange chicken with zucchini noodles was waterlogged. Perhaps the one on West main Street is better? Avoid the food here.
the tofu in my meal was way overcooked. hard and impossible to eat. good ole kalamazoo food. :( hard to find anything decent here.
Just had my usual dish, the Pad Thai.Never disappoints and they graciously remove the green onions for me since I have a food sensitivity to them!I was at the Portage restaurant just a few days ago and everyone was warm and friendly—- gave me a LARGE cup for my water which was nice!I always go to this restaurant when I am craving my favorite dish….Exquisitely spiced—-LOVE IT
