I've gone here multiple time's, there's an older lady that is very good at back cash. There's a few other's that need a lot of work. Never before EVER have I been parked for a single mcdouble sandwich (took me about 20 seconds to make) , nor have I EVER had anyone switch my drink ordered with out telling me (were out of coke) Just assuming it was ok. I've worked this job before in the ghetto (rose st) and in the nicer area's when I was younger. A few lazy crew dragging the store down fast. I hit drive through early lunch rush at least a couple times a week. Please fix this. my next move with the next big issue will be calling cooperate and complaining.
When my sisters and I went through the drive-thru the first time, the man took about half of our order and then ignored us until we spoke up about it. Then we got up to the second window and the woman didn’t say one word to us. We said “thank you” more than once, when each item hit our hands, and she looked at us like we were the biggest pains in the world. She did this each and every time we went up to the window. We were quiet the entire time driving to each window, we had even turned the music down so they could hear us.The second time, we ordered two more drinks. When we asked for the first one, he asked us if we wanted THREE as we very clearly asked for only ONE. The male didn’t listen to our second drink order and we ended up having to tell the woman at the second window that it was wrong, where she continued to be disrespectful and ignorant. Both employees were ignorant and disrespectful. We just wanted to stop and get food after spending some time at airway. Coming from all three of us, we will NOT be going back and if we do, I will not expect anything more from this McDonalds.
We were out here to visit Air Zoo (which was awesome) this McDonalds...not so much. Some of the most rude employees and management I've encountered. The large black woman who was obviously the manager due to the way she talked down to all her employees in a very degrading manner, proceeded to bad mouth us multiple times to the other employees within ear shot of where we sat after they couldn't figure out how to make a Daily Double for my wife. First they totally forgot the sandwhich, then after politely letting them know they came back with a bacon double cheeseburger. Then the manager and the rough looking old black lady on the cook line proceeded to talk bad about us, clearly couldn't admit their fault. Also made a big fuss over a couple honey mustard sauces saying they would cost us. JUST AN FYI YOU CAN ORDER UNLIMITED SAUCES AT THE KIOSK AND THEY COST $0. We made sure to put in an order for the free sauces before we left just to rub it in.If you have other options avoid this place until ownership fires the rude management.
Ordered food via app, they did not make as we ordered. Our fries were hot but sandwiches were cold. I had to go inside to get my order after 10 minutes because they never brought it out to the car.
Our order was incomplete, cold, person taking drive through did not know how to operate register, waited 20 minutes for cold, dry food. We were treated horribly and yelled at us for getting out of car after 20 min wait... horrible service...
Whoever is working at 10pm Tuesday 6/14 would ask customers if they had rewards and then go silent. They then close the store and cancel all orders, and can be seen laughing behind the glass. BIG BOZOS
Worst ever fast food not here. 20 minutes in line food was not ever hot. Absolutely horrible for paying 14-16 dollars an hour ran like a bunch of school kids will never return
A large woman of African descent told me they were closed 3 hours before the closing time. I heard her laughing and as I pulled off I noticed she was on the phone. Happy she got to get paid for doing nothing.
Drove up at 9:35p and no one answered the intercom after saying hello twice and waiting a few minutes. There were people inside cleaning. At least tell me you're closed or put up a sign. Not the first time this happened.
I decided to give them another try since I was meeting a friend to say our good-byes at the airport (he’s flying back to Hawaii) and it was close, and I was starving.Okay, brace yourselves, the “machine is down’ when I ordered a Shamrock Shake. Little kids running around behind the cash registers. The girl handing out the orders didn’t say at word, I said “Thank you” twice which the only reply was a crumbled up bag of food. I’m already prepped to be disappointed with my decision to eat there, dreading opening the bag.
