Normally the best McDonald's in the area, I would have rather eaten an expired gas station egg salad salad sandwich. I ordered a double filet o fish,. It was at least an hour old. The wait was egregiously long. No napkins. That was my last trip to McDonald's.
Waited for 8 minutes in the drive through. No one in line. Few cars in the parking lot. Finally just pulled through to leave - the lady taking orders was playing on her phone in the first window. The two times before this my order was completely wrong and the one time they refused to even fix it. I know not to expect much from Mcdonalds, but you can’t even get served here anymore.
First of all, after reading the other reviews, I should feel grateful that the experience wasn't worse! Long drive thru time, used a code for free coffee which a) code didn't get used b)coffee looked and tasted like it was 8 hours old...but,finally found a McDonald's that the ice cream machine wasn't broken,so ordered the new chocolate pretzel caramel mcflurry...got a cup of ice cream with a few pieces of pretzels, no caramel. We won't be going back just based on the gross food pics and previous reviews!
Don't go here. They forget what you ordered right after you tell them you're order. You'll be missing something even if you just get one meal. They'll give you old food too...and I'm pretty sure they haven't changed their fryer oil in months.
I had two spoiled tomatoes on my sandwich and that’s actually disgusting
If I could give a 0 I would. First time I came, they told me I couldn’t get a coffee because “nobody felt like making it.” Next 2 times was to pickup a doordash order, both of which times they told me they had no order come through. They just wanted to eat it. They tell people their systems are down until the cars clear out, then start taking orders again. I’d say do not come here, but it’s not like you’ll be helped either way.
Everytime I order it is messed up. Just ordered a large order through door dash and got the wrong order completely. The dasher felt horrible and it was not his fault as they're not even supposed to look in the bags. Sounded like there were multiple problems with this McDonald's... I'll be choosing other locations
This location needs to close just like the one on Riverview did. Just close! Horrible! Horrible service. I stopped eating McDonald's years ago but my sweet little nephew loves this place. There's construction work being done but the drive-thru is open. I was the only car at the menu board and was told to hold on. Just like that "hold on". Red flag #1. After 7 minutes, someone says "you can go head" Red flag #2. I place my order, a simple cheeseburger happy meal (plain), extra fries, and a sprite. I notice the burger didn't say plain so I stated "I need the burger with nothing on it". The worker stated, yeah I know, got it, pull around. I get to the first window and it's filthy. The worker had such a nasty attitude that I said, cancel the order. I don't want it. As I'm pulling off. It's another person at the first window, yelling and screaming at one of the workers. It was a guy. He was so angry that he threw a shake at the drive-thru window and called the worker a "B". Normally I would be annoyed by that behavior but these workers deserve it. How do you want more pay but lack common courtesy to the customers. We are what keeps business flowing. Don't bother calling because you can never speak to a "real" manager. Horrible service! Never will I ever visit this location.
Friendly service was the only high spot in this visit. No dine-in was available and the drive-thru food was awful. Pricey small fish sandwich meal, fries were cold(obviously beyond fresh) and I was offered fresh. However, while waiting, discovered my pricey fish was cold too! Too hungry to wait, I unhappily ate it. Honestly I usually get hot fish sandwiches at other McDs, not a fan of this one! (Second ? had no salt, lol) Can't afford to ever try this meal again.
Service was slow, which I understand but I simply asked for no onions.. instead it would appear I received no lettuce and extra onions
