I mean who doesn't love some mcds every now and then? Definitely a win always when I stop in. Good food good prices. Yum.
Dirty dining area which staff didn't bother to come clean even after a customer told them none of the tables were clean. The beverage station had visible dirt/food built up in the corners.I found a clean-ish, mildly sticky table behind a boy who's mom was obviously working there. No disrespect at all about that but this boy was out of control! He was running around the restaurant, bringing snow in from outside and spreading it on the window sills. When I (in my best mom voice) told him to stop, he ran to the beverage counter and started playing with everything over there, filling cups and playing with the ice.The food was fine, a basic Mc Donald's meal but the dirty restaurant and disruptive guests made it a bad experience.
Ordered the new air, land and sea sandwich and got literally a Big Mac sandwich and a fish filet sandwich. I guess it was close but I thought it was one sandwich lol I guess I’ll try next time
I consistently unable to order a shake in any McDonald's in Kalamazoo because they aren't serving them at moment in time. I go to McDonald's at least 3 to 4 times a week specifically for a shake and 90% of the time they don't have them.

I order the quarter pounder when I go to McDonald's. This particular location can never seem to cook the meat all the way though. Several times I've received an undercooked pink burger. Am I supposed to say ''well done'' when I order?? I just don't understand why this seems to be such a struggle here. I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes for my food to be cooked properly, and I'm sure that goes for most. This is a serious problemPeople can get sick from this negligence.
It says they’re open 24 hours but when I pulled up to drive-through at midnight the menu boards were on but the workers had both lanes blocked so you couldn’t place an order. Clearly the Night Shift are lazy and don’t want to do their job.
This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in.. They have a very friendly business oriented store manager. The staff was helpful and very nice. I would recommend lunch with the family at this establishment.
After a terrible experience at the McDonald’s on Westnedge in Portage, I got out of line and drove the extra few minutes down the road to this McDonald’s and had a very good experience. They were KIND and accommodating. THANK YOU for letting me order my favorite drink after a long day at work. ?
