The most disappointing dining experience I’ve had in the last 5 years. My friends and I felt unwelcome and largely ignored throughout our entire visit to this location. This restaurant needs attention and support from its owners. Looking forward to a better experience in the future.
Brought my dad here for a belated Father's Day meal on Wednesday, June 22nd. (Check #249) I had been wanting to try the Steak Kabobs for a while now and asked the server (Nyla D.) what the "Chicken or steak (add $7.00)" in the description meant. The server said if you got both chicken and steak, there was an additional $7.00 charge. Since I paid for an appetizer, two meals, two beverages, and two desserts, I did not notice that they still charged me the extra $7.00 even though I only had the steak kabobs (no chicken). The server never bothered to mention that I would be charged extra just for the steak when she brought the check. $17 for a kabob and then an additional $7 to actually have meat included is just plain ridicules, especially considering the quality of the steak was pretty poor and over cooked for what was supposed to be medium done. Good food and service bring customers back, this kind of treatment makes customers consider eating elsewhere.
Food was great! Our food came out before the appetizer which was odd and I never received my soup yet still charged for it, but still a good place for dinner!
The food was great. The drinks were good. The employees were nice. If you're a bigger guy like myself sit in the bar area, the booths are a bit tight.
Nice atmosphere, acceptable service, good food, nice portion sizes and decent prices. There are several vegetarian options which was a huge surprise and what will likely bring me back.
Main St offers great food and a great environment. I've had salads, burgers, flatbread, wraps, and apps. It's all delicious and reliable. This is our go to place for casual great food.
I recently decided to eat plant based meals and found quite a few items on the menu. I orded the Beyond Beef Burger and it was excellent. I may like it better than real hamburger!
Great service!! Food came out relatively fast! And our waitress, Alana checked on us plenty of times b4 we finished! The only dislike I had was the room was a little chilly!!
Sat at the bar and shared a portabella wrap with fries and mushrooms appetizer. Very good. The parking area is in the back and could certainly use more lighting. I believe this is a safety issue and would be beneficial to address. I would never go there alone at night for this reason.
