Permanently closed. Sign says will be reopening in May. Not true as of 7/14/22
Is this location even still open? Hard to tell from hours here that say closed Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Or their website that says they’re closed all day every day…
Don't bother, either you waste your time in the drive thru for a half hour and they don't have anything made so you have to wait another half hour, or they don't answer the phone when you call. Eight misses from me and I am done, covid is no excuse for that.
After today I will find another pizza place. This place sad a favorite
This location is excellent! One of, if not the best run Little Caesers I've been to. Crystal (I assume the manager) is very attentive, polite and welcoming. I've been to the location multiple times and each time I've been there when she's been working she has been consistently excellent. The company should know how fortunate they are to have such a wonderful person working with them and I will continue to be a regular here, in large part thanks to Crystal's great customer service.
Probably the nicest Little Caesar's we have been to. It is located conveniently in the Woodbridge Village with ample parking.The Place is clean and the staff is really nice unlike the other location at westnedge. Our Pizza was really well made and delicious. Troy provided us with really good customer service even though they were closing soon.All Covid-19 safety measures are being take to keep everyone safe.
Troy provided us amazing customer service and made our trip here perfect! We really enjoyed our veggie pizza, and he made it per our preference. Tasted so delicious! Wish all your branches had employees like him! Great work!
Service was very friendly but my hot n ready had no sauce on most of the pizza. Sauce is everything guys!
This is my first time ordering with Little Caesar ever so I called to place my order, a gentleman named Troy answered the phone with a very pleasant tone. I had so many questions but Troy was very patient with me and gave me suggestions and options. I came in a bit early in the store and surprisingly my pizza is ready. The whole crew was very busy when I came there but they are all polite and nice, Troy himself assisted me in the counter and he is so helpful and amazing. Pizza was fresh and hot! This will be the place I will keep ordering my pizza. Service was fantastic!
We ordered 3 pizzas, picked up the pizzas from the portal, they gave us one pepperoni when it should have been a Supreme. A man named Troy answered and explained it was our fault that it was left in the kiosk. I said we will be there to pick up what I hope would be a fresh one shortly. Troy assumed I hung up on him because I dropped my phone and when my daughter picked it up hit the wrong button. He called me back to explain how rude I am, I went to explain that was an accident and he hung up on me. When I called back he picked the phone up and hung up again. Very rude and unprofessional. I have been using that location for years and will no longer as long as he is employed there. Customer service is everything.
