I ordered delivery and they go through door dash. My door dasher got there and they couldn't find my order. Apparently another door dasher had the code for for order in the holder and picked it up. They refused to replace it so I had to drive there and complain. The manager wouldn't come up to talk to me and sent a teenager to deal with the situation. Finally they agreed to replace my order which I had to wait 15 minutes for. Will not be ordering delivery through them ever again.
These people have really declined since COVID. They have random hours and close whenever they feel like it. Staff are rude, there is this one in particular teen or maybe early 20s that makes it very clear with his rolling eyes and acting like everything is an inconvenience. They never answer their phone even when they are open. Last two times I got a crazy combo meal the sticks were way over cooked and barely edible. It's a longer trip but I go to the one in Vicksburg where they have a drive thru and much more pleasant staff members.
Great food and I'm sure they're doing the best they can given the current employment/economic climate. But unfortunately one employee (late teens/early 20s female with green stripe in bangs of her hair) was quite unprofessional (loud cursing from the back of the store & talking poorly of her work situation). All in the store could hear. Unacceptable.
West main little Caesars Pizza I went in 8 time 6 times my pizza was under cooked super doughy and breads sticks were crunchy hard also they never have anything ready it's always a line out the door the teens that work their don't use gloves when adding cheese to pizza is what I saw most teens have on headphones and dancing meanwhile it's a long line 2 registers but only 1 is in use
Still the best Little Caesar's in the area. It's always hot and you can see the kitchen is clean. Good job.
Used the app to order and took over an hour for pick up time, then got there at scheduled time and no pizza. All of the customers were waiting and employees are laughing at the customers. Hmmm definitely won’t be coming back. Have been waiting over an hour and a half and still nothing.
Unfortunately this location has done it in for Little Criers for us for quite a while. Our last experience was April 15, Friday night. The staff working that night, especially management, were unhelpful, rude, and childlike. We were told our canceled order comes out of the employees' paychecks, seems to be an odd system. The manager was very unhappy she had to refund for the pizzas that she had "just placed in the oven." My husband tried calling several times 30 minutes prior to cancel. Having no, luck he drove down to cancel it in person. He was met with nothing but grief and temper tantrums. We were going to order in Saturday instead and now will not, but we understand our money is of no interest to you- customers are replaceable afterall ;-)
I've had so many bad experiences at this location (the one on the corner of Westnedge and Milham) I pretty much have stopped going there. Between waiting over an HR for an order I submitted online that said it was ready to be picked up then they forgot one of my items that I had to go back to get, to the disrespectful employees it's not even worth it to try and get anything from this place. Although I took a chance one day cuz it's close to my job and I needed to be quick to get lunch I knew their lunch box was usually a quick thing to get and I was surprised the lady that I spoke with was very nice and even tho they lunch box wasn't ready to grab and go she made sure it got done within the 10mins she promised. So some improvements
The clerk who works register as well as cooks is always there when I visit and always makes my day so much brighter than before I walked in. I wish I knew their name, I believe they identify as female, brown hair (may have had a pop of pink color, but I can't remember) and brown eyes. She seems like the glue here, and is the reason I keep coming back ?
Order dinner for my sons birthday. Help was rude. Pizza was not well cooked. Wings were under cooked. I'm done quality has gone down hill at this location. Service is terrible. I have been buying pizza at this location for long time. Will no longer buy pizza at this location. Fyi nobody wants to see your hickies.
