The new Summer wraps are my new favorite items.
Used to be a 5star location. I say avoid this one now. Twice in a row my order has been wrong. I ask for no tomatoes add pickles. Two time in a row no pickles and lots of tomatoes. It seem alike after you close half the locations in the area that you could at least get the orders correct. Very disappointed. Guess Jersey Giants it is moving forward.
I placed an order today and it was inadvertently delivered to my neighbors. But before I found it, the manager was super apologetic and said she would make a new order and have it right out to me. Thank you for being super professional and nice! We love our Jimmy Johns.
Just ordered a sandwich at the drive thru… came home to find nothing but bread and cheese no meat.
Freakishly slow last night on westnedge.
I will not order from here again. I did not get my delivery until an hour after I ordered. I am not blaming the driver, he was very nice and apologized. I had to call after 45 minutes to see what was going on. She said they were very backed up with orders. Ok, I understand places are short staffed right now. But some kind of notification would've been nice to let me know that, whether through email, text, phone call. I will go elsewhere
I don't patronize this store. I was riding with a friend. Anyone who goes to Africa to poach animals will not get a penny from me.
Eat there on south Westnedge or pick up for someone else atleast x3 a week for dinner. I get unwich and sandwich for others. Mainly good experiences. They have forgotten Avocado spread a few times on both. Not sure whats up with them trying to hand me sandwiches without a bag?? Their nice and will put in a bag for me but I shouldn't have to ask.
Delivered my food to my neighbors several houses down; when I called & said my food said it was delivered but it wasn't at my house, the person on the phone said that the computer can't do that (the order tracker does in fact, do that) & to give them more time as it still needed to be delivered.My neighbor brought my food over 30 minutes later, as I was going to wait an hour to see if the food really hadn't been delivered yet.Kinda' a bummer they didn't listen or deliver correctly? My house number is very clearly on my house.
