First I want to say I have been a frequent customer to Jersey Giant over the years. Usually very friendly employees who do a nice job are at the Westnedge location, however my experience on Thursday wasn’t that great. The employees working weren’t that friendly from the time I walked in. I told the gentleman slicing the meat I would like 2 subs a half and a whole on white. The bread looked half baked as it was very white and super flat. The meat put on my sub was less slices than usual and my meat (turkey) had horrible blood spots (it was gross), the toppings the lady put on were minimal on a half sub she only put 2 small pickles and 2 small tomatoes. I had to ask for another pickle and she asked like that was too much. She said my half qualified for a $10 meal deal so I got a pop and chips. The pop machine had no ice. My bill was over $25 and I feel like it definitely wasn’t worth it. It’s unfortunate because there are several other sub shops that are less expensive with good food. Jersey needs to step up it’s game in my opinion. I’d rather go to firehouse next time I think.
Just picked up an order for my mother 6/4/2022 saturday at 8:05pm at the westnedge location...i ordered online ...a #10 with extra turkey...i didnt recieve extra meat...i also asked.for jalapenos on 1 half only and tomatoes on 1 half only and mayo on it all....i recieved no mayo....and i got lettuce instead...my order also took over 35 mins for one 16" sub...which they were verry slow and dead when i got there.....i will never go here again and i advise you stay clear!!!!!!. Also the phone is disconnected so you cannot call and place a complaint

My mouth was watering for they sub cause I heard so much about my was it sloppy and very messy not cut or how it was described by fellow people who encouraged me too go ruin our new year’s
