We ordered Malai kofta , Chicken 555 and Rava Dosa here and it was at its best . Manager stopped by and checked for everything once done. I recommend sincerely if you are around this place.

Being an Indian I always search for Indian cuisine wherever I go and recently I shifted to kalamazoo and found this restaurant.If you looking for halal chicken,this is the right place.Let's step onto our dishes , believe me I have tried and tasted half of the dishes provided/included in their menu but don't have pictures of all.Gonna rate per dish according to my visits.P.s they ask about ur spice level so mine is also medium spicy or if rate from 10 den it's 81) veg samosa (3.5/5) it's good and ok okish if you are a samosa fan2) Veg hakka noodles (3.8/5) It's one of those dishes Wich I like from here. U will get the feeling of eating the same thing as if you are eating in india.3) Bombay chicken biryani (4.2/5) - Hailing from mumbai I loved this as it's exactly the same which I have in my home city except for putting the egg. It's delicious and the chicken pieces are also fresh and tender, they do have great masalas to add on for this particular dish.4) Fire masala dosa (4.5/5) - If you love too much spicy,this is suitable for you. Very spicy and awesome. This dish is only for spicy food lovers.5) Chole bhature (5/5) (highly recommended) - if you love this dish ,it's the best over here. Not being a chole bhature fan but it feels like you eating in old gully of Chandni chowk from delhi6) Dal makhani - (3.5/5) - Again one of the best dishes from main course which you can opt for. It's really tasty and with garlic naan it's just scrumptious.7) Hariyali chicken (4/5) - if you a white meat chicken person,this is d best then. One of d main course which I would recommend to others.8) chicken chettinadu - (5/5) before coming here I hadn't tasted this dish and a very highly recommended one from my side. Just awesome and delicious in taste.One day I came for buffet also and all the items were grt in taste and buffet is only available on weekendsThe service was prompt and the staff is friendly.Overall it's good and must visit over here.Bon appetit
This a tough one to review because the food was really good, probably from the best Indian Cuisine restaurants I ever been to. However the wait was ridiculous, I understand that they had just opened for dinner before I arrived and apparently had lots of online orders to fulfill but it was close to an hour or possibly longer before we received our dinner. There were other customers that left because of the wait. I was extremely hungry upon arrival so that never helped either. I live in G/R so I am not sure when I will be back but if I am in the neighborhood, I will definitely try them again and update the review thereafter. Again, the food was delicious. I am basing the 5 stars purely on the food.
Ordered Veg manchurian. Worst manchurian I ever had. Threw it in garbage.Kadhai Paneer doesn’t taste like kadhai paneer. Dal fry has too much Ghee so it taste Nothing but ghee. I think this South Indian chef is cooking North Indian dishes and that’s where things are getting messed up.
I tried Hillside Indian Cuisine for the first time tonight and I have to say it was absolutely DELICIOUS. I’ve lived in NYC the past 10 years so as you can imagine I have my favorite places there and let me tell you, this restaurant is right on par with them! So glad my friends who own Retroflection Vintage Shop a few doors down recommend it. So GOOD! I had the chicken curry, vegetable samosas, and garlic naan. If you’re looking for amazing Indian food, this is the spot!
Hillside serves one of the best buffet in the town. They have such mouthwatering delicacies and have the exact indian taste that I usually crave for ?. My weekends are always booked in here for lunch with my colleagues. Please try having their south indian food and you cant go wrong here ❤️.
Hillside Indian Cuisine is one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to. I've eaten there recently for both takeout and dine-in, and both times, I have been extremely pleased by how delicious everything was, and how friendly the waitstaff was. You can tell they're handling a lot of orders without much staff (like everywhere right now), so it's not lightning fast, but that actually just gave us more time to enjoy the meal and digest the appetizers before the entrees arrived, and still have room for dessert, which was delicious. We especially enjoyed the aloo gobi, the mutter paneer, and of course, the garlic naan. I'll definitely be going back to Hillside again and again.
