Pretty disappointed. I’ve loved Franco’s since I was a kid, ordering weekly with my family. I realize times are tough, but they now will NOT deliver any order below $25 dollars because of the cost of gas and charge an additional $3.50-4.50 to actually deliver. So as a single person if I want delivery from here I must spend $30 on a pizza. In Portage Michigan. It’s ridiculous. And a huge bummer.
The subs are my favorite. But I guess from what I hear the pizza is excellent too!!
Was very happy with the pizza we got here very hot and delicious. They do a very good job they use the old school pizza ovens produces a very crispy delicious pizza. Definitely a must stop place to get fresh delicious pizza will definitely be back thanks again.
This was the first time eating here... It was okay... I got 2 pieces of pizza n pop on the lunch menu at about 130 and the pizza was old... I could tell if this wasn't a issue the pizza would of been good. I like my pizza fresh and hot and it was old n luke warm. I also ordered bread sticks and they were hot and pretty tasty but the were just made. If I woulda known I would get pizza from when lunch started I would not of spent the price I did for 2 pieces that's for sure. On the other hand, the service was amazing... With broken hand and all!!! It's hard to find good customer service these days so that was great to see again. If and when I go back to eat lunch there again, I will deffinatly try a sub instead...
Franco's has the best pizza in Portage and I'm going to tell you why. First off, the guy is from Sicily. His sauce is homemade, not that canned nonsense. If that doesn't scream authentic I don't know what will. Second, he remembers his customers. I hadn't been in the restaurant in a while (due to the lockdown) and he still remembered my name. The pizza is always fresh, and it's ready in 10-20 minutes (depending on what size you order). GO TO FRANCO'S IF YOU'RE CRAVING PIZZA.
Great local pizzeria! Myself and a coworker stopped for the lunch special: 2 slices of fresh, hot pie and a drink. Bruno himself walked around to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Thanks to you and your staff, Bruno!
Best pizza in the Kalamazoo/Portage area... At least to me, many of my friends and my father too. Very friendly employees. They go the extra mile.
Takeout order was ready right at the time provided when order was placed. Ingredients tasted fresh and sauce was well-seasoned. Breadsticks were big and were also fresh and soft. Wifi for customers is available and the password readily available.
I love this place. Subs are the best. But I loved the spaghetti. The sauce was so good. You can't find Spaghetti hardly anymore. I love this place. ????
