Worst.Experience.Ever for Erbellis!!! Went to eat in their dining room. Was told to sit anywhere we'd like. Tables were still dirty and we had to ask them to wipe one down. When gave our drink order we were told they were out and our waitress walked away. We sat there for 10 minutes when I asked another waitress to get a drink. She replied she was clocked out. At that point an older looking waitress came to our table and proceeded to tell me how all her tables checked out at the same time...and, in case I didn't notice there was a serving staff shortage going on. Very rude behavior on her part...all we wanted was something to drink while we waited. So, we walked out very disappointed in the service we've experienced.
Edit: I was contacted by Erbellis to make it right. They reviewed the pictures and agreed the pizzas were over-cooked. They are mailing us a refund and have made notes in their system to cook our pizzas for a shorter amount of time to avoid burning. I appreciate when a company has good customer service!We are SO disappointed. Our pizzas arrived burned. We called and asked for our pizzas to be re-made. They made replacement pizzas and these were also burned. I would have expected some money refunded for our inconvenience, but we were not. $75 order and usually our favorite pizza in town. I am not sure we will be back!

Let me start by saying i have loved pizza from this pizzeria since the opening. Great taste!!! Unfortunately, I got a bad one and it was a Specialty pizza of there own... When I got home the family was ready to eat... Aawwwee!! everyone tried a slice cause it Erebelli but that is as far as it went. Next afternoon I ran over there, of course with Covid19 left un touched pizza in the car and with receipt in hand ask for a supervisor.. What?? Lol!! 1yr. 6 months time on job .. Wow told him I remember opening and every chance I get when I come to town pizza from there. Told him not the best 'Zaaa' anyways I left there not believing the customer is right and $31.00 was not a big deal. Lol. B.S. I just did not think that young man had a clue of what he was representing... oh yeah $his place. Love the food but might pass cause of common courtesy and bad service. Got questions ? I would be happy to explain.. but this pizza joint don't need negative feed back in detail. Make a change !!
My favorite place in town. Hands down best pizza. My house used to be in the lot directly next door to the portage location and have been eating here since the day they opened. The family eats here a couple times a week and love to see you guys grow and hope you continue to serve the community for years to come.
Poor service, our server brought room temperature pizza to the table. Pepsi did not taste like Pepsi. Room temperature was cold. Overall a disappointing experience. The good points, the cheese bread was brought to us hot by another server that was extremely pleasant to us and with all patrons, and we were not charged for the pizza.
Erbelli's has the best pizza in town! We have always had good pizza and delivery was always great. We have never been disappointed.

This place has gone considerably down hill. We do take out most of the time, and everytime......2 hours later, i get cold medium thin crust ham pizza with under cooked chicken wings.Don't bother to report, erbelli's does not care.For take out, pizza king on the other side of portage rd is hot & delicious everytime.
