Hair in chicken parm sandwiches ordered $50 worth of lunch prior to them opening had it delivered 12pm called and asked for refunded was told I was only gonna get $5 refund as the manager was the one on the phone who stated this. So $5 refund for $50 order

Ordered for delivery about an hour and a half ago and it had not arrived yet. I called to figure out what was going on and it took 15 minuets to finally talk to someone. And when i did she was very rude and just told me “its on the way” didnt ask for my name or anything. And when i tried to ask further she tried hanging up on me!I have rarely had a problem with this location before.The delivery driver was the manager and she was super sweet and apologized alot. I explained the situation to her so hopefully things change.I understand being understaffed and stressed but some information besides “its on the way” would be helpful.

They must have changed their sauce. The crust was still good, but afyer a few years of not having Domino's something definitely tasted different. It was just okay.

Always a good experience. Pizza good hot fresh and fast. And open late for those of us that tend to order late.

Place should be shut down. The employee did not was his hands before prepping my order nor did he wear gloves. This is a real health concern especially when you have to prepare food.

Always hot. Fresh. Quick! Always. Best employee squad anywhere.

Don't say you're open til 1 then close at 9. It's just not a good look. I didn't expect much out of you already and we are starting off on the wrong foot. I'd love to say I won't try again but I know I will. Please don't disappoint again.

This was ridiculous, I asked what the timeline was for delivery and the girl tells me she needs my address to check. I can BARELY understand the girl and it took me forever to get her my address, after some time when she does finally have my address, she proceeds to tell me the store isn’t doing deliveries at this time. Why in the heck did you need my info to tell me you aren’t delivering?!!!! Then she proceeds to tell me she is at a call center. WHAT!!!!!!!! Awfullllllllll experience!!! Never ordering from Domino’s, what an awful experience and waste of 20 minutes of my life.

We order from this location basically on a weekly basis. And every single time I specify a pie cut on my pizza they always always cut it square. I don’t know why Domino’s decided to start cutting their pizzas into squares makes absolutely no sense to me. And every single time we have to ask them to remake it. This time they remade the pizza and cut it again in squares. And the only thing they wanna offer me is a credit for another pizza when obviously they should have refunded my entire order considering that it continues to happen. The manager says he’s going to educate his employees on how to actually read the receipts which I think is absurd. It’s freezing outside snow covering the ground and my choice was a credit or I can drive back out to pick up another pizza. How in the world is that good customer service you should have refunded my entire order considering that this order decides whether I will ever ever order from Domino’s again
