Went for my birthday and the Nintendo event. Loved the ice cream and the staff were troopers. They had to deal with a Karen who was talk down to them. They stayed calm and professional, and made sure her bad attitude did not bring anyone else down. I applaud ya'll ? ??
The staff working here is amazing!y mother in law was being an "old lady" tonight. Pretending not to understand. The people who served her were so patient and helpful with her. They were rockstars. Thank you

Ordered a ice cream cake online. It was delicious. Chocolate layer with cookie dough ice cream and green writing with strawberries on top. It was ready on time and everyone really enjoyed it. THANK YOU Cold Stone in Portage!
