Overpriced AF. ? The kids had a blast though. Cost us about $160 for 4 1hr play cards and some pizza.

We had a lot of fun had my six grandchildren some of their friends aunts and uncles and both said to grandparents we had a good time we meet over there in Kalamazoo we drive from Detroit to meet there it is our favorite place to take the kids the pizza was delicious the kids had a good time with their games I like the new way with the card swiping the only problem I had was the security guard stood right over us the entire time he didn't bother us at all we almost asked him to join us we weren't sure what was going on there but the rest of the place needed to be watched as well we are a mixed family black and white so I don't think it was about that I don't understand that maybe he needed to walk around a little bit and we never saw Chuck-E-Cheese this time and my 3-year-old grandson was looking for him maybe next time and there will be a next time and a next time we love you guys

Food is ok. Nothing great. Kids had fun with unlimited games in the time frame I paid for. Too pricey for an every week experience but went to celebrate birthday and kids had fun so that is what matters.

I always feel like the person in the Chuck E Cheese outfit doesn't want to be there. I mean I understand but it's really obvious. And the way the person just side steps kids that were trying to get a hug, the kids don't understand. If you don't want to be there, then ask to do something else. If the kids aren't allowed to hug, then maybe don't have him come out. ?‍♀️ It's a tough one.

The staff is almost useless. The place was packed and they should have just shut the doors. Not even enough people working to get someone in the the mouse costume to come out and greet the kids. Make sure e to take advantage of the time met stop for the card. It at least let’s you stop and eat. I found 1 in the whole place and not where unexpected it. No thanks to the staff. If it was for my clueless daughter of the incompetence it would have been a 1 but they love that place.

Had a birthday party for my daughter who turned 7 and we did the ultimate party package. It was very unorganized to begin with as our set up was not ready when we arrived. Our party hostess was very confused flustered and unable to run a smooth party of 6 kids. Management apologized after seeking me out and then again made numerous excuses as to why things were not up to par. Kids loved every minute they had but as a parent who paid $200. I at the very minimum expected at least what we paid for. My daughter was also announced as magnesium instead of makenzie... Yes magnesium...not once but THREE times by her party hostess. Food & games were great. Im glad this the end to our chuck e cheese parties as my girl will be on to the next big things as an 8 year old. Keep expectation low or prepare to waste your money. Oh and by the way I also forgot to mention that the manager brian also offered us extra tickets if we made sure to voiced all complaints personally to him before leaving (if any) so he could resolve them on the spot. I can appreciate that but adding the ticket ploy just makes it sound dirty! Especially when every question asked involved something we were suppose supplied by them but paid for by me. Like wristbands for the kids, cups for beverages, spoons for ice cream or plates for cake. Like if we didn't notice they just wouldn't give it to us.saddly this is just another OVERPRICED kids entertainment establishment with poorly trained staff.

Had my sons' birthday party there. Staff were great, food was good. Kids had a blast which is really all that matters.

My daughter and her cousins had a blast!

Chuck E Cheese was Great! We did our granddaughter's birthday there. We brought our own cake and decorations and sat in the main part. We ordered pizza and drinks there. Had a great time! Love the option to buy time instead of points/ tokens. The play was unlimited for the time we purchased and it was not that much. $27 for 60 min. (There are more time options) Plus it gave us bonus 3min.

I've been coming here for years with my kids. Started when my oldest was 4, she's now 14. There are tons of games. Chuck E comes out once every hour to dance with the kids ?We ended up spending a little over $100. Got my 2 boys 90 minutes to play, 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 3 drinks.Only thing I have to complain about is the amount of tickets you need to get anything other then a piece of candy. 6000-8000 tickets is a tad ridiculous for a toy I can go buy for $5-$10.But my boys had fun so that's all that really matters!!
