Food is delicious and atmosphere friendly.
Went here for Mother's Day and what can I say? I have been wanting to go here forever and decided to give it a go. The staff was courteous (we made reservations) and we were shown directly to our table. Our waiter brought us a hot, fresh small loaf of bread whole we decided. The food was outstanding but the potions were small for the price.
The food is still good, the service was great. I feel that we were seated quickly even though it was busy. To many people these days don't understand that all food service's are under staffed and they shouldn't expect instant gratification all the time.Thank you to everyone here for your service we enjoyed our meals!

Me and my boyfriend tried this place out to see if we would like to make reservations for our graduation. We loved the place and made reservations for a month ahead of time. Our reservations were for a party of 13, they told us they could accommodate it. I called 2 weeks before to confirm the reservation and they confirmed. When we arrived they told us our reservation was a call ahead and the wait would be 45-an hour. Not sure how a call head a month early would be an 45-60 min wait. I asked to talk to a manager, but she was to “busy”. We waited patiently for an hour, then checked in. It was additionally 30 min wait on a “call ahead” that was made a month before. It is almost 11 pm, and nobody has told us if our table is even ready. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone anymore :(
In a word, “concerning.” While the food and staff were great, there were some red flags. A mild fishy smell permeated the restaurant. The food was served too quick to be made fresh. The bathroom was a health code violation. All of which can be rectified, but it’s unlikely I will return.
Tasty Italian food served in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Attentive and friendly service, and something else that's increasingly rare - dinner conversation was possible without yelling! I will return to this location again.

We wanted a nice sit-down dinner (not fast food!) while travelling back to Milan from our family Christmas in Chicago. We have patronized Carrabba's multiple times in North Canton, OH. Delicious food as always. Unfortunately, we were too full to enjoy one of your desserts. Shannon was a great server, very friendly and attentive. I've been here a few times. The service is always good and the food is fair for an Italian chain. It is noisy so if you want intimate, this is not the place. It's ok for a routine dinner but nothing like authentic or homemade Italian.
