Went through the drive through. Ordered a chocolate oreo shake. Got to the window it came out a vanilla oreo shake. So we told the lady that it was wrong. She said you didn't order it that way. I say yes I did. She got mouthy with me started yelling at me telling me that I didn't order it that way I gave it back and she threw it at a worker and told them to change it. Took her headset off and threw it at another women and walked away. So I explained to that lady what happen and she apologized up and down. And was very nice. We got our food with no straws or spoons or extra stuff. But it was right.
After doing everything possible to avoid the massive car swallowing pot hole right at the entrance of the parking lot. We were waiting for 3 double cheeseburgers and onion rings. When we were told to pull up front. When we got our food it as cold.
Unfortunately the company did not get my order right, I live across town so i called and spoke with the manager at the time and she said I was able to come back anytime and get a replacement order, that manager put me on a list and took my name and number. I Called this morning to make sure that was still ok and I was able to get the replacement, the manager i talked to had the worst attituded and refused to help me, said I didn't have a refund or meal and hung up. Sad that i was so polite to you and you had no manners. Smh Burger King you need new managers.
First, let me start by saying, I can't post this, ideally to help the reader avoid this place, without quantifying the terrible experience (yet again) I had at Burger King with a Star. Why is ZERO starts not an option, they certainly earned it. I Decided to go there today after last week's diabolical of attempting to order through the app. I continuous ordered a certain item, THROUGH the app to receive the message, "this item can only be ordered through the app." Needless to say, I did not order or get to take part in 'Whopper Wednesday'. After a strongly worded email to the company, request they step down from the crown, and perhaps take on the persona of Burger Guy, a response was received offering a very insincerely written apology with a $5 gift certificate.Well, it's Wednesday again. The idea of 'Whopper Wednesday' still sounding appealing, another attempt was made. Of course this time the app wouldn't load. Their fault? My fault, bad phone service? Possibly. Regardless, I drove to the nearest location and asked if I could still take advantage of 'Whopper Wednesday'. After telling the worker I was pulling around because the drive-through speaker wasn't working well. I managed to acquire about a gallon of rain in my car while ordering - because BK can't spring for an overhang to help protect their customers while it is pouring rain, to be told that it is an app-only deal.I understood and ordered something different. I return to work to find, or rather NOT find, ANY ketchup for my fries or napkins. Hello, BK, this is AMERICA (to quote Childish Gambino) we, as a majority, consume our fries with ketchup. We ALL certainly use napkins. What is next? "Sir, would you like us to wrap your sandwich or just throw it in a bag?" So they can save a few more cents. Cents saved from the now over-priced menu.So, to recap, opened bag:- No Ketchup- No Napkins- Cold Fries- And two Buy 2 for $5 "King" Quarter PoundersThe "quarter pounders" didn't seem to weigh a quarter of a pound (and I get that's pre-cook weight). The quarter pounder was so bad, so bad, so bad, that I simply threw the second one away.Well, I've been wanting to get back into shape. BK you just made my goal so much easier to obtain. I WILL not be eating any more BK again.However, Taco Bell officially (May 19, 2022) re-releases their Mexican Pizza, one of the best things on their menu. So, I suggest, if you have a craving for some fast food, give Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza a try, if you are not already in love with it. Don't waste your time at BK. Sell any stock you have, that is the only way BK will ever do you any good.

I had a disappointing experience last time I tried to order here, but they made up for it this time - without me even saying anything about it. I ordered two fish sandwiches, and a friendly employee packed two free fries to go with them, ketchup packets and all. It doesn't always pay to give places a second chance, but it did in this case. Thanks!
It's fast food. If you want it fresh eat it there. By the time you get home the bread is stale and the burger is cold.
The bun wasn't the freshest but the young man at the soda fountain was a hoot
I drove through this Burger King and had a quick snack. The onions rings really hit the spot. :) The staff was friendly and quick!
