Ordered breakfast sandwich and they said they could make it cold only because there microwave was down. I declined the $10 sandwiches if there cold/uncooked. Three weeks later they tell me the same thing. Who’s running this place? A restaurant with only one microwave seems like a bad plan and They sell them at Home Depot Every DAY!! Unbelievable business practices.
Worst Biggby I've been to. Drove through around 10:30 am. Placed my order for 2 drinks and a bragel. I'm told their microwave wasn't working and they can't heat my sandwich...no problem. So I eventually get to the window after 20 minutes and paid with tip. Once I was greeted it still took a while to get 1 drink. Then I waited more. A second drink. Now the bragel, which was supposed to be plain. When the window opened I'm told they no longer have plain. I asked for a refund because they didn't have what I ordered. I'm told they can't give refunds but I could leave my name and number for the manager to call me. What? I've already paid and given a tip. I can't get what I ordered . Unhappily I settled for a different bagel. It took 30 minutes plus for 3 items...not all of which I ordered. Very poor customer service. One star is even too high a rating for this business!!!!
The last two times we went to this Biggby location the microwave was broken. It must have been at least three weeks apart. The employee actually said they could still make the bagel sandwich, but the meat would be cold… really?! Another time the drive thru line was so long we went inside to place our order, paid and waited… then noticed the other customers were receiving their orders and we were still waiting, so my husband asked how much longer it would be and the employee acted like she didn’t even know who he was and said his order must have not went through… pretty unbelievable. Unfortunately, now we drive a little farther to another location.
Just spent 7 minutes waiting for the staff to come out, couldn't find them anywhere. Once they came out they both looked like they had just woken up from a nap and they hadn't even started on a doordash order that was put in 15-20 minutes prior. I was one of three people in line with no staff anywhere to be found.

I enjoy biggby, they're always polite and normally my order is perfect. Just stopped at this location about 20 minutes ago and ordered four bagel sandwiches and two coffees. A bit excessive but we were hungry. I tipped $20 before receiving my order. One bagel was not toasted. My 20z hot caramel marvel is not a caramel marvel. It quite literally tastes like salt. My mint mocha was fine. Not sure if they were rushing but I've always been trained to be accurate over fast working in food service. Not sure if I want to go back. A coffee that's supposed to be sweet that tastes like they poured a bunch of salt into it. No thanks.
Numerous times I’ve been there they’ve given my order without egg because they ran out and didn’t tell us, but when they ran out of sausage and put egg on another sandwich we got charged extra? What sense does that make? Absolutely ridiculous the fact you’re paying that much for a bagel they can’t get right. I get staffing was an issue for a minute but wow.
They seem to never be open anymore and the hours on Google don't match their actual store hours. Ive driven here a few times for them not to be open. I understand if they are short staffed but they should at least update the hours so other people aren't making empty trips. When they are open the coffee and bagels are the best.
