Drive through is extremely slow because they prioritize inside customers. Go inside, they're good at that.

I ordered an EVERYTHING bagel and got a plain dry bagel. I think the intelligence of this company just took a nose dive. I want my money back. Water street is my new place.

Thank you so much to Ellie, Hannah, and Sav!! I had two offices to take breakfast sandwiches and coffees to and they were so helpful. I felt awful when I heard they were short staffed and I had come with 2 large orders. They kept their cool though and smiles while they waited on the line in the drive and lobby. Thank you again ladies!!
Waited over 25 mins for 3 cars in the drive thru.... never ordered.. had to leave for a doc appointment. If you don't have the employees than adjust your service for the employees you do have. Get rid of drive thru or dine in. No food ordered through drive thru. Something. That was God Awful.
