Best service, delicious cake! Bella Creamery (& neighboring restaurant Mancino’s) staff went above and beyond to make sure I had one of their standard flavor ice cream cakes for my daughters birthday (on a day when Bella’s was closed). I messaged Bella’s Creamery the day prior to see whether there was a list of cake flavors Mancino’s had stocked in their display freezer (by the register) and received a reply same day telling me all standard ice cream cake flavors were in stock, a list of the flavors and the names of two staff I could ask for at Mancino’s if I needed assistance. I arrived after the two Bella/Mancino’s staff were gone, but they made sure to pass along information to a fellow colleague that would be working the rest of the evening. He made sure that I was able to get the flavor that my daughter was looking for (providing a full inventory so we could pick her favorite - cookies n cream). He proceeded to go over to Bella’s to get the desired flavor & came back with the cake & a smile. The Mancino’s & Bella’s staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, and the cookies and cream ice cream cake was so amazingly delicious!! (Better than competitors ice cream cakes we’ve had in prior years.) We will definitely be coming back to Bella’s creamery for all our ice cream cakes (& hand dipped ice cream) & supporting Mancino’s as well!! Thank you to those who made the above possible!! You guys rock!!

I work with girls in foster care and we wanted some really good ice cream and Bella’s did NOT disappoint! The ice cream is delicious, and the mix in portions are great! However…..The only downside of the experience was the customer service. Of the three girls, only one was friendly (she had brown curly hair and checked us out. She was honestly so friendly and funny.) One girl was complaining about “all these people” loud enough for us to hear, which made the girls a little upset, as I would feel too. The blonde girl who was complaining about us loudly also complained about the customers in line behind us as well. (We were a group of 6, which I understand is a lot, but taking that out on teenagers is a bit too far from me.) We chose to eat in the parking lot and none of us wanted to brave the negative attitudes inside just to throw away trash.If I have 1-2 people then I might go back, but for larger groups, I’d suggest elsewhere. The brunette who checked us out was thankfully kind enough for the other two girls.
