Customer service was HORRIBLE! I waited in line to use my coupin for 20 mins and the lady was rude when I got up there and I was trying to explain I had a coupon and since it wasn't peoplerly ready I can leave and it was awful. I get your busy and you had a long day but it was completely out of line.... I wanted my pretzel :(

I like the pretzel however i don't like if they're not fresh. I asked for fresh and the young lady told me they were. After i purchased them i ate one and it taste like old as if i didn't know the difference.

Food was good so was the drink and the staff was friendly and professional
Truthfully one of the best pretzel places that I've ever been to. Truthfully takes Wetzel's Pretzels off of my list. Good Lemonade, as well.
Place was swamped today, but they kept the line moving. Girl in the pink shirt (manager maybe?) was all over the place, expediting orders and such. Food was fresh too.
