I use carside pick up and they could not be better. They are short staffed so the online ordering does not always work, but calling is as easy as can be. No matter who I talk to or who brings our order out, they are always friendly, efficient and our food is exactly what we were after, a delicious meal I did not have to cook or clean up.
Even on a busy day, Mother's Day, and shorthanded of with staff, we got all our food and drinks in a timely manner and cooked just as ordered (steaks). Our server, Michelle, who I am sure was tired, still smiled and acted like we were her only table. Fantastic visit to Applebee's!!! Thank you!
Went in around 1 pm on a Sunday. Pretty quiet. Food came quick but I payed over $16 for an appetizer basket that came without celery and missing 2 out of 4 mozzarella sticks. I asked for the celery but didn’t notice I was missing two mozzarella sticks when asking. I felt like a bother asking for 2 mozzarella sticks because she was clearly a little flustered already so I didn’t ask. Prices definitely went up for me to not get a full serving of what I ordered.
Michelle provided the best service she could in an understaffed and dying restaurant. My friends and I waited 5+ minutes to be acknowledged upon arrival, and then we were sat by the bartender who was just coming on shift (she got there after us). One of our steaks was ordered rare and came out well done, was recooked and came out medium well. Water cups had bits of food on the inside of them, managers were mopping the floor with paper towels when we came in. This place should probably close...
This is my goto place for dessert any given day. Their tripple chocolate meltdown brownie is unbeatable. After my dinner I usually place a pickup order at this location, sometimes they dont even know when was this order placed. Although people working there are nice, but this negligance as when I wait for pickup there is no one ever at the register to answer the query I have. They always try and avoid such things and get back into kitchen to avoid facing customers. Not a good customer service ?
Typically we have a great experience with this Applebee’s, but tonight was odd. We checked online, called, and upon looking at the sign next to the door, it said Applebee’s closed at midnight tonight. We go to enter at 11:10, the door is locked, and an older woman gives me a very dirty look and mouths “we’re closed”. I would not have minded searching elsewhere, but would have liked there to be any information anywhere indicating they closed earlier, and not to be sneered at. If we were trying to enter at 12:10, I’d have understood the rude look. But it was within their hours, so that was not cool. I will choose not to come here anymore, as we can’t trust the hours.
I routinely order delivery from Applebee's from various delivery services. My co-workers and I were happy hour regulars before the pandemic. I don't think I'll be ordering or coming back again. Nearly every delivery has been at least 45 minutes longer than the time quoted - regardless of which delivery app I use. I called to complain to a manager who first tried to blame Grubhub (my order was on DoorDash) before hanging up on me.
Why go to a business that only cares about the online orders instead OF THE PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING! Counted more then 15+ tables available to be told we can’t sit down. So I can’t even order a drink while I wait for my turn to come? Instead having 10 people packed at the front door is a better idea. No management is in control of this location & not putting effort into finding staff. This isn’t my first time walking out of this location, which says a lot by itself!
Love this restaurant! My partner and I do date night here once a week. Good food, great drinks, decent prices and the bar staff is always so nice. I'm sure the other waitstaff is too but we always sit at the bar.
Ordered dinner for my fiance and I last Saturday, as we got there for our curbside delivery there notification on the email did not work which is not surprising but after a call they brought it out promptly. But when we got home my fiancee oriental chicken salad was cold and the chicken was also cold and hard. My fish and chips were un believably cold and the fries were cold and soggy. Very dissatisfied with the meal, you would think a dinner costing 33 dollars would be done and deliver hot and edible.
