This place was great, came out with the family, greated at the door and the signature tea was great! Kids enjoyed it as well. My spot when I’m out in Plymouth
Horrible experience here today, there were 4 girls working and it was not busy when we came in, two of them were playing on their phones, one took our order and we waited almost 20 minutes, other ppl that came after us got their food and orders and we didn’t, so we got up to ask and our order was just sitting on the counter, two girls lied and said they called the name, the name was wrong, and no one called it! There were 4 employees there and no one called our order out, and one of the girls said they sent us a text, we didn’t give out our number, again she lied. Horrible customer service. Too bad because is so close to our house.Thanks for the reply, at no time did we shout at anyone, we asked for a refund, and one of the employees was rude when handing back our money, also we did not expect to get table service, we had been there before, we know how it works. So thanks for making things up on your answer back. How nice of you to back your employees instead of providing better training.
Literally my favorite boba tea shop of all time. I CRAVE this place non stop. The blended Carmel apple with apple jellies is like a Carmel apple candy. Absolutely delicious, I rave about this place to whoever I can ?
Place was fast for being busy, and the prices are fair, however the guava milk tea did not quite taste like guava, it had a strange coffee/earthy flavor added to it. I was also told I could not mix flavors even though it was something that was encouraged on the menu and after looking at the online order form it has the option to there as well. (I was going to mix the lychee with the guava which both have milk options according to the menu). Overall if i want to get bubble tea again ill just head out of my way to Ferndale for DBT.
I usually go to the Dearborn Heights location but I was in the area and had to get my fix in. Still enjoyed every sip, definitely made my ride home enjoyable! Love the new place and welcoming decor. Everyone is super friendly here. I’ll definitely come back when I am in the area.
Taro coconut with tapioca is a must! Zs bubble tea is delicious and quenching !
The last two bubble teas I bought the girls gave me what they wanted, gone directly to the trash , I always order with no sugar and they gave me with sugar but you can't drink it because it's sooo sweet . And before I asked to remake but they were mad and they remake wrong again without tapioca or without milk . The last two I bought was with milk not tea! So they added tons of sugar!!!
Very friendly staff and the place is extremely clean which is very important. My family and I all enjoyed our drinks. We will definitely be back.
My girlfriend asked almond milk, which they have, in her coffee and they refused and said they'd only give her Creamer. Seriously. And no free cup of water with a $4 cup of water. Do not recommend
Very cute, good for tween/teens. It’s in a comic book store! Boba texture was great but flavor was a bit over sweet for me. They had very interesting flavors that would cater to the kids!
