Almost tied with the one on Ann Arbor road in Plymouth for being the rudest, laziest, most incompetent Wendy's in Southeastern Michigan. Closes almost every day at 5-6 pm, sign says they only have the drive thru open on Thursdays but it is rarely open regardless of the day, all the workers just hanging out inside probably trying to rack up their hours without doing any work. Both the girls that work the drive thru are the rudest people ever. For the one hour on the two days a week they do operate and they ARE open, food is cold and stale. Just take the 10 extra minutes to go to the one on Haggerty in Northville. This location either needs a different, respectful staff or just close entirely because their current employees are despicable. To the girl working the drive-thru 5/19/22 at 5:30 pm, please develop some manners and class. Your behavior was unbecoming.
Got breakfast for the first time, YUM! Bacon is perfectly crispy! Drive thru staff was very friendly as well.
Today I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was truly exceptional. I'm not usually impressed by fast food, and I'm still thinking about this sandwich. Large crispy but juicy piece of breast meat, just the right seasoning in the breading, fresh crispy lettuce and tomato, creamy sauce, and all SO fresh. Also, the service at the drive through at this location is the most professional, from start to finish. I'm very impressed with this location.
Their fries just keep getting better. Also really good chili. They are always nice and very quick, even though I don't think they have alot of employees.
Surprising but the biscuit was fresh and tasty. Also tried sausage but too spicy for our taste buds. I would give it a whirl. More like something you can make at home though if that makes sense
Very disappointed. The burgers were way over cooked. Baked potato was smashed in. Fries were ok.
Who the heck thought about making Wendy’s fries crispier but actually make them soggier. And plus the recipe didn’t change although the said it will change. Otherwise every thing is good. But Wendy’s come on you need to improve.
food is ok however i have extremely low expectations for wendy’s and we got to the window and got our food and then we didn’t get ranch and the lady working the window got mad at us because we asked for ranch. and we didn’t get a spoon or straw for my frosty and we got no napkins
Just had a great drive through experience. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick and correct. Will definitely go back.
Much better speed, service, and freshly prepared food than the location on 5 mile and Merriman. Also line isn't out the drive for drive thru.
