I made an app order after 7pm, but apparently the shop closes at 7, so... I went to pick it up before 8 (when the app said the store closes) and the store was already shut down for the nightThe person closing for the night was very understanding when I drove up to the window. She said she didn't know why the app let me order when the store was closed and that I could 1) Contact corporate to get the money back for my order, or 2) Come back tomorrow and she would honor my orderSo I went back the next day and got my order (which was just some doughnuts because I had a sweet tooth) and all was right with the world
Love Tim Hortons, but this place *frequently* gets orders wrong, or doesn’t give all the items ordered. I no longer go to this location unless there are no other options.
The days of this location being a go-to coffee place are over. Lately, I have been getting iced coffees. My order is very simple (1 cream, (no sugar)) and yet is seemingly made different every time. On Sunday, there was sugar and some flavoring added. With that being said, yesterday really made me angry. I won a free coffee from Roll Up to Win. So, I pulled it up on my app and went to the drive through (couldn't go in because the doors were locked). The employee saw me pull it up and then scanned it. With that being said, he charged me 99 cents and when I reminded him it was free, he said he could not do anything for me. I asked him to rescan it on their system and he refused (with a bad attitude). PS all of their employees have bad attitudes. My displeasure with this location has been gaining for the past 6 months. Now, I will not go back and am telling all my friends not to either.
Drive-thru menu prices are wrong and don't reflect a price increase, frosted doughnuts are served up in a paper bag mushed together (really....ugh!), cashier utterly rude about both and in case you need more, they are often out of inventory (no toaster for like a year). Shame the owner doesn't care.... or maybe know....i guess that IS doesn't care.
Justin Bieber bits not bad at all
Love the honey dipped, glazed donuts.
This Tim Horton's location is the absolute best! The employees there are extra friendly and definitely go the extra mile! I went in this AM to buy some timbits. I asked way too many questions, but the cashier, Aliya, was extra patient with me and always kind and professional. After ordering, I was told that they were out of the chocolate timbits, but the baker immediately told me that if I was willing to wait 4 minutes, he would make me some. I was in no hurry, so I agreed to wait. While waiting at a booth, the baker (I'm sorry, but I can't begin to spell the baker's name bc it was too long and complicated for my pre-coffee mind) actually came out, apologized for the wait and offered me some coffee. Very soon after that, he came out with my order of timbits. He again apologized and then told me that he put in some extra chocolate timbits in my box bc I had to wait. I was so impressed with this baker and the cashier. These people seem to love their job and are so very kind to their customers. I will definitely be back! Thanks for being so great!
Well I got a hot chocolate and it tasted like boiled water with no chocolate at all it was gross and the lady at the drive thru speaker had a attitude but the lady that Gave me the hot chocolate was so nice.
Fast. Good donuts and chai tea. Pleasant staff
No app ordering, dining room closed slowest drive-through line on earth. I just drove to ford and 275 tim hortons, got my coffee and went back to work and my coworker is still in line there.
