I order 4 hard side tacos and got some thing different. Went back up there to tell them and she could say was OH. REALLY?? I asked her what she can do about this and she said nothing. I asked to talk to the manager and she had told me that they were busy having a meeting. (there were at least 5 people sitting outside smoking and just talking) some meeting. Finally someone went and got a manager which he was 100% rude. Telling us that there is nothing he can do. Really?? You messed up my order. He told us to call and talk to someone tomorrow. WOW. Will NEVER be back to this location again here in Plymouth MI. The managers were to "busy smoking and talking" to do there job.
They close at a different time every day, make sure you call ahead. I've been there many times, I don't recall them ever once getting my order right. Today they just gave me someone else's bag entirely. They don't communicate very well either. I said "I'm here to pick up online order number 80" "what's the name?" "Ash." "Whitney?" "...no. Ash." (At the window) "Uber eats for Ash??" "I'm Ash but I'm not Uber eats" *hands me the wrong bag*
Best customer service and my food is always fresh and fast! For those complaining about lack of service and or food supply; you can thank COVID for that.
Best Taco Bell experience I have ever received. Employees were very friendly and the food was outstanding and was ready very quickly. Would recommend this location over any other location.
Very consistent as far as I know what I am going to be getting. Staff is nice. It is unfortunate that the inside is still closed, I would like to sit down with some friends and eat. But they only accept payment through their kiosks so I couldn't do it even if they were open.
I have ordered through the App at least 6 times over the past few months at this location, on various days of the week and at various times of day. Every time, it shows the store is open for indoor pickup, and every time it is wrong. They never have the App up-to-date. If you can’t plan ahead and order for an indoor pickup, they should indicate it’s drive-thru only! As it stands, planning ahead does absolutely nothing when you have to join the masses in a lengthy drive-thru line.
Dining room still not open. Order was wrong. Had to get back in line for it to be fixed. Then caught some attitude for trying to get it corrected. They need to put a sign on the door that it is not open. Same thing every time, car pulls in person gets out walks to door try’s to open. SMH
Still a good price for food. Order was done correctly and the staff was friendly and fast. Great experience!
Like Lauren posted, avoid this place if you doordash. Waited over 10 minutes for an order only to be told to wait longer and they hadn't even started it. I had to cancel it and they didn't care one bit, no apologies, nothing. Really unprofessional young workers swearing and talking about smoking pot, messing around not caring about anything.
Not Door Dasher friendly. Drive thru is the only way to get the food and they will not let you bypass the speaker with long lines. I waited 20 min in a line where you can't pass anyone, for them to tell me I had to go through the drive thru again cause I bypassed the speaker to cut the long line. Dashers are not gonna wait for these orders. Every restaurant has a different process, but I have never been denied an order completely, cause I did something wrong. You didn't have the order ready.. that was the real issue.. we still waited so long for that $7 we were gonna get. Other restaurants have our stuff ready, they have a Door dash pick up spot, or they have people bringing out our stuff. Get with the program guys! You're losing money, customers and dashers. This tacobell is on my list of orders I won't accept. And I will plaster your address on the door dash social media page. Driving 40 minutes for $7 and then being denied that money is just hurtful. I could have saved my gas money.
