They always get my order wrong, and the staff is extremely rude. I order from Door dash, and I decided to call the subway since they always put green peppers on when I clearly say no green peppers. I am allergic. I called and asked nicely for them to remove the green peppers for sure this time, the lady said "well that sandwich is supposed to come with green peppers" and I tried to tell her, "yes, but the whole point of subway is to make the sandwich how you like it?" She then very rudley kept repeating "the sandwich comes with green peppers" acting like I'm the stupid one for calling trying to be polite. Last time I ordered a steak and cheese and they gave me mushed chicken, instead of steak. I do not know who you hire and why you keep people around if they can't even do a very simple job, my sandwich is always made sloppy and falling apart. I will never order here again. Please fix your staff. Seeing the other reviews I'm not the only one. :)
Very rude. Waited in line 20 plus minutes. Went to use coupon for $6.49 sub and they said it's not valid YET. Who ever heard of a start date on the coupon? The valid date only listed an expiration date. Lady said the current coupon is for $5.99. I almost walked out and let them throw the sandwich away. I'm not paying $9 for a sandwich when coupon clearly was unexpired. Lady eventually overrode the price to take the coupon all the while complaining I didn't save the whole flyer that somehow listed a coupon start date on the larger sheet border you usually don't save when you clip individual coupons. Then the gentleman who authorized the override started mocking me in front of all their customers. I will never be back.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The gentleman became extremely displeased with my request for three subs and was throwing the toppings onto the subs to the point of making a mess.

Place was completely empty. Quick friendly service. Just wish you could do the deluxe for wraps. 1.5 X on the fixings is perfect. But oddly it will only let them do single or do double. And double is too much. Only choice oddly works in there favor. Order double and have them only actually put 1.5X.

No knowledge of what they are serving. No knowledge what goes first and what goes next. Messed up everything. I asked the cashier if the place is new or the girl is. She said the girl is new.No to this Subway location definitely.
Went there for dinner pickup with my daughter and lettuce looked wet and blackish. Told the lady... is the lettuce bad, manager said no its just wet and wasn't friendly at all .... Do you soak it in water before you serve to customers? Very disappointed, last time I spent my dollar there
Lady today was pretty short tempered and rude. Asked for Italian dressing (unknowing they didn't carry it anymore)... She "may have" told me they don't but there was background noise and didn't catch it. Asked again. "said we don't carry it" w/ a little snippy attitude. All while trying to I guess train a new girl. Yea. Good luck! 1st time & last time at this location
