Excellent pizza, with the little curl up pepperoni's. Have gotten from 5 Mile Road and 7 Mile Road locations, both always great!
Placed an online order, received a confirmation. Went to pick up the pizza and the woman up front was extremely rude. Said it was for the wrong store even though the confirmation email had this store’s address on it. Was extremely rude. Just ended up walking out. Will not come here again
Great pizza. Old school hand tossed with nice fresh dough. A bit pricey.
Had too much sauce in the middle causing the crust to be floppy in the center, sauce tasted like its used for pasta. A very wet pizza, explains why it's been 13 years since they were a top 25 pizza????, the quality did not match the price.
Left Michigan 6+ years ago. Pizza this good is hard to find. Most trip s back to MI include a stop at primos.

Still pretty good. They have changed something, think it's the sauce. Not loving it.
Told me 15 to 20 minutes on the pickup, waited 20, got there and they didn’t even start my order, tried to play it off like it was gonna be a few more minutes and saw her start to make it then, asked her if that was mine she was starting and snapped at me saying “ I told you I’m making it now!” Told her to forget it and she replied “cool” probably bad mouthed me after I left … nice person, never go back, they don’t deserve the business
Been going for 20 Years, but will not be going back. Worst customer service.Pizza delivered to wrong house, left it on my neighbors porch. When I called to find out where my order was, the person was like, I rang the bell and left it, so don’t know what to tell you. Wasn’t my house. Spoke with manager, with attitude, who finally agreed to remake order. No I’m sorry, it was all attitude. Never will go back!
Normally I would give primo's pizza a 5 star review but this time I cannot. Although the pizza was a 5 the service was a 2.. I know things are tight because of covid but if it's going to be over an hour and a 1/2 for a pizza delivery, they need to let you know. Pizza is always great
