This place from the ground up is a great experience! I walk in and feel like family I always try to look out for the employees because I see them working a lot and there usually familiar faces. Kylan is definitely the best I honestly though he was the owner with how he carries himself the respect he shows and his kindness. Honestly if you're big into sandwiches and have yet to try this place do me a favor and stop by you wont be disappointed.
Place has gone down hill.Food is good, but dining area is disgusting. Tables look like they used dirty mop water to clean them and entire floor is sticky like they mopped with mountain dew. Place smells of rotten eggs or something nasty. Not very appetizing.And the last few times I've been there. None of the lids at the self serve match the cup they gave me. So I have to be real careful not to spill my drink.
It was a great place to eat first time ever I have went two more times since then and will definitely visit again clean and delicious

Food tasted pretty amazing. I was greeted as I walked in the door, staff was friendly. It took a little longer than anticipated but that’s ok. This was my first time here and I was happy.

Plenty of people behind the counter but none of them even acknowledged I was standing there to order. The prices were raised up and they were a bit pricey pre-pandemic and they don't even offer the chicken salad anymore? Turned and walked out. Thank goodness there is a Jersey Mike's across the parking lot. Maybe they will feed me.
My Brothers and I went to visit my Sister in Belleville, Illinois in April 2021. She told us how good Penn Station was, mind you we were only there 3 days. We went twice before coming home. On our way home I said to my Brothers I wish we had a Penn Station. Well I just googled and WHAT A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES! There was one in Plymouth! We drove directly there and have been visiting ever since! Soooo Goood!

I came in like I always used to except this time no one greeted me for a good few minutes. Finally someone helped me and left me at the register while paying and never told me how long it would take. Then when I went to grab my order from the worker another worker walked up behind her and rudely yelled at another worker to do something. I was shocked. Definitely not coming back here. Which sucks because I was a regular. After telling my sister this story she told me a similar story at this same location from a while back. Not cool.
