Met a good friend here for lunch yesterday. Big parking lot, well-kept grounds. Very clean inside. Quickly seated and given a menu. Weight staff quickly took our order. Large selection of tacos burritos steaks and seafood. We went with the special combo of chicken steak and shrimp. Steak was a bit chewy, Shrek was just average. Chicken was good. Our meal did not come with rice and beans but did have four large tortillas grilled with melted cheese inside. Great meal for 12 bucks and I was beyond stuffed. Should probably take in the last portion hall. We chatted for two hours with no one trying to rush us out. Excellent service. We don’t drink, but they appear to have a well staffed bar. Great location right off of 275 freeway. In an out with no problems.
My friend and I went for dinner Sunday night we were looking for a new restaurant to try out because we are from Ann Arbor and wanted to try other Mexican food. we arrived and the host was arguing with a costumer about high prices, after around 5 minutes a woman came up and asked how many we where and took us back with a major attitude slammed the menus on the table and walked away, waited another 3-5 minutes for a server to come up and took our order ignored my friend and said oh okay didn’t even write the order down went to the back I believe and came back 2 minutes later to make sure what he wrote down was the right order, came out with my food 15 minutes later and didn’t bring anything out for my friend, my friend and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for his food to come out by the time his food came out I was already done, this restaurant is terrible and the management is terrible, this restaurant needs to be inspected and shut down! Lost a costumer and will make sure my friends and people that have been never go back.
Oh my God!!! Maybe the best Mexican food east of the Mississippi river. Yup, it's that good. While I love Mexican food and lived in California for years, rarely do I find great Mexican food here in Michigan. Our group of seven were impressed with the extensive menu and extremely satisfied our selections. It also has a great atmosphere and ample space for large parties if you're looking for that.I'll definitely be back, I just wish they'd open a restaurant closer to my house. Unfortunately it's over an hour away, but luckily it's only 1/4 mile from my nieces new place. I guess I'll have to visit often.
quality of food is very good, and staff is very nice and professional. I only have one gripe with this place and it's that I feel that they dial back on the authentic Mexican flavors/spice. and that makes sense geographically.
Short staffed…. But worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect…. Great food!
We went with friends over Valentine weekend. (We didn't plan it because it was Valentine weekend, it was coincidental). There were 11 of us. We made a reservation and still waited 35-40 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, we had one waiter that seemed to be frazzled, (he was sweating). He told us that it was happy hour and margarita's were on special for $12.99. Several people ordered them. Service was slow but we were patient because it was somewhat busy, (not extremely busy). Drinks came and some were forgotten, and some orders were never taken. The food came but things were forgotten (or missed), but you usually bring fajita wraps when someone orders fajita's, right? There were errors throughout the night but we continued to be patient, (even when the food got cold waiting for other parts of the meal). We asked for separate bills but were told they had to do one, we were ok with that since there were 11 of us. The bill came and we were charged $58 for 2 margarita's and the other 8 were all $12.99 each. I asked why the 2 were $29 each and told it was because they were top shelf. I told them we ordered all drinks during happy hour and nobody said anything about being top shelf. The manager said there was nothing he could do to adjust the bill. There was a sign that said Valentine special 20% off 2 entree's and 2 drinks at the register. I asked if we were getting the 20% taken off our bill and was told we would only get it off of 2 entree's and 2 drinks. I reminded them that we had 11 people and they gave us one bill. They still said they wouldn't do anything for us. I suggested they separate the bill accordingly and then take 20% off of everyone's bill. The manager walked away and the server tried to say that he couldn't do anything either. Eventually they took 20% off the entire bill without adjusting the drinks and we let it go. We were unhappy with the service, the food and the poor communication with the prices. We tried to be patient and understanding but became frustrated with the lack of customer service and concern for quality of service and food. The entire party has said they probably won't return.
Had an extremely poor experience at this Los Tres Amigos - Northville location. Our waitress was very rude and annoyed that we decided to dine-in. Also, the blonde bartender was rude upon our arrival as we walked into the restaurant (about 50 minutes until closing). Safe to say we will not be visiting this location again. The Plymouth location is much more professional!
Very good food. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere.
Great food and great service. Our server Isidro was an amazing waiter. He was literally running to get us everything we needed. When we walked in their was a sign saying they were short staffed so be patient but everything was fast. We had chips and salsa and drinks at our table within seconds of sitting down. 10/10 will be back
the Tacos de Birria was fantastic! Seriously tasty.
