The girl at the front seemed bored and like she hated her job, couldn’t even get her to acknowledge me as I stood waiting at the portal because they forgot my sauce(or it didn’t fit as I ordered a lot). Aside from that, the food was good, on time, and when I realized I forgot my brownie, I actually got someone to pick up the phone. I was able to go back and pick it up, ultimately I did forget -however, nobody bothered to realize it was missing. But, no big deal. The amount of staff seems to be improving, as does the food quality; I wish the staff working the front was a little more friendly.
I've lived in neighborhood for ages and this use to be a very good establishment, but now it's the worse sorry too say. What happened to you guys?
Horrible pizza. The staff was nice and pickup was easy, but food tasted absolutely disgusting. I found a string of hair in my cheese pizza so I ended up having to throw it out. There was way to much cheese (way more then normal) and it was very thick instead of melted. Way different then what I normally get there.
This is literally the only location that NEVER has pizza ready at peak dinner time. No hot and ready, no extra most... everything is a 10 minute wait. I've been going to the livonia location just because I know it will be ready there. The Ann Arbor road and sheldon location needs a manager BAD. So many people and all of them are lingering around waiting.
Total disaster. 1hr and 30 minutes for a pizza.
Awful. Way too much sauce on the pizza and why is there tomato sauce on the Italian Chees Bread part of the Slices N Stix item? Avoid this place.

don't listen to your girlfriend, Little Caesar's is just fine
I've ordered from this Little Ceasar's for the past two years and the food and service was amazing. However, nowadays I feel like this Little Ceasar's has dropped in quality with it's food and service. Every time I order a pizza it's underdone and or slooped together or both. I'm not expecting the pizza to be amazing but at least there needs to be some care when making and baking the pizza; I don't mind waiting a little longer to have a pizza done right and with care.
