Love Jets. The 5milie location in Plymouth is great. Consistent pizza, great prices on slices. Guys at the counter are always friendly. This location is close to home and close to work. Always a good choice.
I used to love this Jets….that was until today. I ordered online, and when I submitted my order, I received an error that the order didn’t go through, yet they still charged my credit card. When I called and talked to the very rude manager, Brendan, he said there’s nothing he can do and I’ll have to re-order since they didn’t receive the order. This means I would’ve had to pay double today since they had already charged my card. He said they are not affiliated with the online ordering system (yet my card was charged and I ordered through this location) and I’d have to call corporate for a refund if the charges don’t drop off in a few days. He didn’t even care. He didn’t offer me a credit or anything. He laughed at me and said sarcastically “have a good day” and he hung up. I’ve never been treated like that before. They definitely need new management and a new system in place so this doesn’t continue to happen, but it will be too late if they do make changes because I’ll never order from there again!
I called the store because the website had failed to process my order (this had happened a few times). I called the store to ask about the website and see if they could update my rewards even though I was ordering over the phone. The employee who I was speaking to could not answer my questions so I spoke to the manager. The manager, Brandon, was rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that this is how he would speak to a customer. Terrible customer service. I wasn't even able to place my order because he quickly hung up the phone after telling me to take up my issue with corporate. I ordered Dominos.
We are in perhaps the most contagious phase of the pandemic and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE WAS MASKED. Avoid like the plague. Pun intended.

Tasty gluten free pizza - but it only comes in a small size and it's $12! So, not a great choice for a large group.

great Italian subs guys. fresh hot and in and out the door in a minute. if a person loves subs this is the place to go.
Great pizza!! We love using the website to order our food. And go in to pick it up. Very easy and fast to do.
They offer an awesome variety of fresh food. I enjoyed eating here. Staff members are always helpful, prices are fair and the spot is always kept clean.
