If I could give 0 stars I would and it's a shame because the food is delicious but unfortunately it is terrible customer service and when the service is bad it puts a nasty taste in one's mouth. I went back and read previous reviews and all the low rated ones are similar....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Maybe the owner should start paying attention to the reviews. I won't be visiting this location again, I'll drive out of my way to a different one for good food and a friendly smile.
Subs were delicious, but wait for food was long (even though there was no line) and employees move VERY SLOOOWLY.
Ordered 5 subs online for pickup. Only 1 was correct. Why have a customization tool if you make it wrong anyway? It costs way too much to have people suffer through mustard, mayonnaise, etc if they don't like it!

The subs are pretty frickin good, the downside is how slooooooooow they’re made. If you order online? Even slooooooooooooooooooooower. Get my point?
If you are a sandwich enthusiast, give Fiehouse a try. They steam their meat, which makes it a unique and tasty sub. I had a the club and it was really good. I highly recommend.

This is my go to sub place after work as the food here is really tasty and worth it. Additionally, the service here is exceptional and I always am able to get my food on time, no matter if I order in person or on the app.

Always poorly made sandwiches. This place is not worth the time or money. The attitude of employees is also not friendly. Word of advice, if you hate people, don't work retail.
