These kids are literally oblivious to the fact that you’re standing there at the register for 10 minutes and they haven’t even looked up or communicated with you as a pre-paid customer.Dear management/ownership: this ship is sinking fast.
Made an online order. Short young lady taking a call with one ear and an airpod in the other at the front desk. I sat there for 5 min directly in front of her. The only customer in the store. She didn’t even acknowledge me. Just sat there on the phone and looked down like I didn’t even exist. Didn’t hold up her finger and say one second, didn’t say I’ll be with you in a moment, heck didn’t even look up in my direction. For five minutes straight! The second worker in there was making pizzas. Saw me standing there for as long as I was and finally came over, stop making pizzas and asked if I needed anything. I said yes my pizza is sitting right there it’s already paid for I just need someone to hand it to me. She handed it to me and I was on my way. I know people are struggling for staff, but if this is the type of staff that you are subject to hiring, you may as well not hire at all
Ms.samantha schenk is the rudest arrogant employee i have ever seen also hung up three times while we calling to check our order and tell them about our location change ... then when we arrived there said she doesn't care about corporate knowing. This rude customer service should not be how I remember domino's. Something should be done
Don't order from this Domino's unless you want cold pizza... Order took over 75 minutes.

This used to be our favorite place, until just recently. There’s this one manager that works there has the worse attitude to be a leader. He is extremely argumentative and rude. I have had issues with this guy every time I have gone to this location. I had a customized pizza and he wants to tell me what he can’t put on a pizza I’m paying for. The first time I encountered him, I just thought maybe he had a bad day. However I tried again, and here he comes with his rude, crude attitude. It’s crazy because the other employees are very pleasant and helpful, never have a problem with them, but this guy beats them all. I will not be patronizing this place ever again, and it’s a shame. I will have to drive almost 10 miles out of the way, but at least I’ll have great service and amazing food.
Put my order in online and they called me from the store saying they were cancelling it and it would not be delivered. Don't take orders you can't fulfill!!!
They'll lie about their times. We'll get a notification saying the pizza is ready. Get to the place and the pizza is still in the oven
