I gotta say I've been coming to this place for years and im not sure im coming back. The past few times my food has been maybe room temp, this time it was kinda cold. The potato casserole and Mac n cheese i usually get wasnt even hot. When i got to the counter to order the had a few different meats out unwrapped sitting and no heat lamp. Later found out one of those meats was the brisket i ordered. The 2oz cups of bbq sauce are only half full. The only thing i had today that i like was my coke. The food has decent flavor but thats it.

First time trying Dickey's as my normal go to was closed (Boneyard) so I definitely appreciate them being open for delivery beyond 8pm! I was very impressed with the hand cut fries A-1!!! The ribs as you can see are very solid! I am not huge fan of "smoke" flavoring but I definitely can't hold that against Dickey's as I knew what I was signing up for! If you are a smoke flavoring fan, these ribs will not disappoint. If your preference is a very good tasting rib that falls off of the bone, you can't miss with these guys! The only blemish would be the green beans. The menu reads that they come with bacon and onion but there wasn't any of either. Overall the experience was very good! I spent $80 on Door Dash including tip and I estimate I will get 4 full meals out of this! Nice job Dickey's!!!

I have been going there for quite some time. The food is great if you like barbecue, everything on the menu is a good choice with a good selection.Their ribs and chopped brisket are my favorite. They have good daily specials which includes 2 sides and a beverage. The people who serve you are friendly and the establishment is clean.

Good service from the employees, but for the amount of money we spent the portions were surprisingly small. We spent $40 dollars and left hungry. Additionally the food was bland and not what I would consider good barbecue.

This stuff is real expansive and I'm more than willing to pay for good barbeque. Problem is I paid a lot and didn't get much in return for my money. Half the meat wasn't edible, either outright burnt or too overcooked to even chew on. I'd like to think this is a one time aberration because I'd like to return some .day

They used to be good, but now I do not plan on returning. I have had more problems with them as the months have gone on. A while back, I started to just order their meat by the half pound, take it home and make my own sandwiches. Now I can't even make that work. Love the brisket, but it always has a lot of fat. Once you trim it away, you are left with probably 1/3 less. Pork is usually OK, but nothing too outstanding. Their sauce helps add flavor and its decent enough on a sandwich with good fixins. Their new price hike is the deal breaker. $14 for a 1/2 pound of fatty brisket. No thanks. Pulled pork is OK at $10 for a half pound, but I do feel quality on the pork has gone down. One day the meat was outright spoiled. It stunk up the whole car. They replace it with no hastle, but it can't fix the level of inconsistancy at the prices they charge. I'll try the Grand River one again. They have had issues in the past as well, but maybe that one will pull through as a new go to.

I was traveling for work and I decided bbq sounded good and stopped at dickeys. It was just as good as I’m used to. I had the brisket and rib plate, both were delicious and the mac and cheese was very cheesy.

The BBQ was cooked too well and the salad had chunks of lettuce that was starting to wilt. This place was recommended to me however, I could not recommend it to anyone. I was so disappointed.

Usually went here quite frequently in the past. Stopped going because overtime the place went downhill. I went to Dickeys again because I got Gift Cards as a Gift.-Paper to Plastic Bags (Not a Big Deal, just Bags)-Deal of the Day Price Increase from $8.00 --> $10.00 --> $11.00 (Place was not as good as other BBQ places, but the cheaper prices made up for getting less. Now it's a better deal to spend an extra dollar fifty and get higher quality/quantity sides and meats at other places)-Employees didn't know how to process the Dickey's BBQ Gift Cards so couldn't use them-No more Fresh Lemonade (Drink is a large part of the Meal that makes it good)-No more Ice Cream (That Cold Sweet Rich Dessert after the meal was Satisfying...)-No self-serve BBQ sauce (Annoying for those that love to dip their fries in BBQ sauce but there is not enough)-Very small portion of fries relative to the past (Literally about half the amount of Fries given compared to two years ago)-No onion straws

Tender brisket sandwich ?. Pretty good for the price
