I brought to the attention of the store manager a billing error and a quality control error, I was told "that is Not possible" after 10 phone calls and Regional manager involvement the Carrol Corporation admitted their Mistake with No Apologies ! There are several other non positive facts in regards to the overall outcome of a very simple error that from the beginning would have been extremely easy to remedy. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, CUSTOMER Service is One of several keys needed to Stay successful ! Many, Once great corporations have forgotten this key before sucomming to financial ruin. This restaurant chain may be the next giant to fail ?
I ask for one thing.. No Mayonnaise on the whoppers. Even though they cross it out on whopper it still has it this is the third time in a row. I cannot eat any mayonnaise due to health reasons.
I eat there weekly...breakfast and/or lunch. Manager Danielle and associate Kevin see that my special needs grandson gets his food just the way he likes it.
Very Speedy and accurate. The female manager was training a new hire and the Order was still correct. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because parking sux. You get boxed in during lunch rush and Cant leave until they move.
I really enjoy visiting this Burger King in the AM at times they only have 1 or 2 people, so yes its slow but they talk to me tell me whats going on, the staff is nice friendly and clean, so I dont mind waiting, the food is always hot and perfect

Not what it was 40yrs, ago. The onion rings are sweet and the burger lost the charcoal grilled flavor. It was a lot of mess between two buns.

Delicious Impossible Whopper.
Came through the drive thru last night at 10:56 Jim (maybe the manager) was friendly and courteous. He could of gave us OLD fries (now it’s 11pm) but made us fresh fries and our burgers were hot . Thanks Jim for going the extra mile BK is lucky to have you!
