To the rude manager with the gold chain, I asked if I could cancel because I was late for an appointment and had been waiting for 15+minutes because cars were bypassing the order box and was out of time. I assume these were delivery or online orders and that is why they were getting head of the line privelage. I understood you when you said you couldn't cancel it. I then asked if you knew HOW to cancel it on the app, at which point you proceeded to yell at me for asking the same question. Which was NOT the same question. I've since found a place on the app where I could request to be contacted regarding a refund. Sir, a simple "I don't knowwhere to cancel it in the app" would have been sufficient. You really didn't need to yell at me. I work in customer service as well and understand the difficulty but you need to learn to relax sir.Edit: Jessica responded to my inquiry on the app and I was refunded to my account within an hour. Thumbs up to the app, thumbs down to the restaurant.

Recently stopped by this Burger King again. For the last 4 trips, I have left with zero food. The hours are not what are posted (6am - 12am). I went at 10pm, and they were closed. This has happened multiple times. I have ordered the Ch'King sandwich, only to be told that they were unavailable for that day. The most recent trip - their credit card machine was offline.

Friendliest and cleanest Burger King around, without a doubt! My Impossible whopper was perfect again tonight. Everyone here is super polite and attentive, my orders are accurate, and their attention to detail deserves recognition. Just watch the sign out in front though for operating hours - they currently are only open 6-midnight. And if you're carrying some stress around, Trey's quick wit will make you laugh and lighten the load.

Did a drive-through order with a 2 burgers and 2 fries. Had placed the order ahead of time through the app. When we got there they said they were out of fries (???) so they offered to replace them with onion rings. Then they proceeded to not give us any onion rings. My fault for not checking before we drove off…

After one of my worst nights, Tre was so kind to me. Sorry for crying in the drive thru but hands down nicest person I’ve encountered working in the food service industry! ❤️

My family and I stopped at this location for Frozen cokes. Tre’ took our order and provided exceptional customer service. It was like a breath of fresh air as you normally don’t experience it at a fast food restaurant. The machine had to defrost && we didn’t mind waiting because Tre’ was so polite. We will definitely come back again each time we are in Canton.

Oh my stars…still, the food is coldThe new melt burger?I couldn’t spit it out, fast enough!!!!The onions had sugar in them & it sure doesn’t go with charbroil

Drive thru employee was cool....horrible wait times.

Can't believe how they stay open! First went to the drive thru. The order taker was rude to start with, then I was told their system was too outdated to use an app coupon but that I could go inside and use it there. Inside the order taker was friendly and took my order quickly, but the the wait was beyond long. I noticed that the onion rings were made before I arrived and that mine were scooped into a container. I asked if I could get fresh ones and was given a story about the heaters. LOL! They are heat lamps! Sure enough they were cold when I got home from the short drive. The Whopper was made incorrectly, too. Ugghh! No wonder there's rarely a line. And it was filthy inside. Not short on staff, though. There were 6 people working with very little traffic flow.

Nicest and most friendly Burger King I have ever been to! The manager (and his employees) were super nice to me after giving him a rideshare ride and hooked me up with an amazing tasting Double Whopper and crispy fries and a drink, all ready in no time. Everything tasted very fresh.Had bad experiences with poor managers, especially a Burger King on Telegraph Road near Nine Mile, who refused to take an order because we wanted separate orders in one car. Even though there was no one at the Burger King for miles and miles and no one came after us or before. Even after we relented and said we would put our orders together and deal with the money on cash app or something later, she still refused our order! That's a terrible manager. So glad there is a good one here!
