Don't go here. Got a chicken sandwhich last time and the smokehouse brisket this time. Chicken sandwhich was rubbery and the brisket was overcooked and fatty. Both times the food was so low quality I couldn't even finish more than half the sandwhich without the fear of getting food poisoning. Btw I'm writing this on the toilet as this trash made me sick.
I only posted 3 stars due to the fact that service was super slow. The reason being was the poor girl in the drive thru was doing everything herself! While waiting at the drive thru window tonight (Thursday April 14th)at 8:45 I could see two other male employees walk out into the dining area leaving all the work to the girl. She kept trying to wave them over for help while she was running around taking orders, money, making shakes, making & bagging food. They completely ignored her. As I drove off I could see the two male employees sitting at a table playing on their phones! I hope the manager sees this because this definitely needs to be addressed. And that girl deserves a raise & RESPECT from her coworkers! If the dining room had been open I would have walked in & gave those disrespectful boys a piece of my mind! How dare they take advantage of her like that! She is working that drive thru every time I go there & does an excellent job. 5+ stars to her
The food is good and service is great but the place needs to be updated. Dining room is not very inviting or cheerful.

I love Arby's but unfortunately this one likes to shove as much food as possible in one bag. Now I am feeding 6 people and Arby's is kinda expensive for fast food, I bought about 30 dollars worth of chicken strips and fries and because of the overall rush and lack of common sense that one big paper bag ripped out the bottom and ended up in my driveway. I was already so upset about the recent loss in our family that I couldn't stop crying. Talk about an already horrible day going even more downhill. Lesson learned make sure you have the employees at this Arby's use more than one bag. DO DE DO.

The did was ok but my shake was mostly melted and was warm, the person that took our order was very rude and even we got to the window she was vulgar. Wouldn't eat here again
