Order initially missed an order of small curly fries and when I tell the guy on the drive thru window, he said I had to go inside and gave me a look as if I’m trying to steal an order of small fries so I returned to my car as I had kids and once they found out that it was sitting, they brought outside cold and told me that it was sitting and gave it to me. Also order 2 classic beef and cheddar all I got for both is a bun with roasted beef. Ate the first and went back to drive through and told them they looked at me without any reaction, so told them you can have it without sauce and cheese they’re you go and they just took it and closed the window. I had bad experience at the Plymouth location but not the one in canton on ford road.
Arby's rules in the fast food market .It's not something I eat all the time but I go there to splurge so to speak ??
It's a good location. Never had problem here.
Good when they're actually open. They seem to close well over an hour before their posted hours (11pm). It's simple – if you don't stay open that late, just adjust your hours... I wonder how many customers you've upset or even lost out of sheer laziness.
I can’t say enough about the service at this location. The workers are always kind and the orders have always been accurate.
Always very fast and friendly service. Food is actuate and very well made.
It's a bad day that I had I figured my stuff would be messed up from there but lo and behold they got everything right in fact I was happy to ring the bell
I was at the one on Ann Arbor road in Plymouth and Rebecca Minister cashier that served me, she was very helpful and very patient, she definitely did a terrific job
Do not go to this Arby’s, the ladies here are rude and they will assault you. I have a police report out on the two ladies who decided to throw a drink at me in the drive thru. Arbys is on its last leg anyway.
Excellent fast service and food was hot a good!
