I used this store for the first time. Staff was very nice in taking order and delivery and timing was so good. In terms of taste also good but the problem comes with the amount of ingredients. I barely see any chicken in chicken salad ?. Might need to compare their peers around how they are so that will improve them.

This Zoup is like no other. I drive 20 mins just to get an amazing vegetarian sandwich. I sometimes can't get there until 15 mins before closing, and they still accommodate me. I wish they were open weekends so that I can bring my family.

The soup tasted and looked old. I will be lucky if I don’t get food poisoning.

Love the soup selections. I especially like the Chicken Pot Pie and French Onion, but there are so many good ones to choose from. There are no other businesses that focus on a wide variety of good soup. I am glad this one exists.

They clearly don't know what customer service is. I came in yesterday. There was a girl and an older man. The Man was bust cutting up some chicken for l soup (wasn't wearing gloves, btw). No one ever greeted me, didn't say a word to me. The cashier stood at the register just staring at me. I just left. I don't know what kind of mood they were in, but they don't deserve to put a hand in anyone's food with that kind of energy.

It's always just okay.

Consistently fresh and delicious food every time! I have never had a bad meal here. My personal favorite is the chicken toscana sandwich, but also love their soups and salads. Some others have mentioned the prices, but it's honestly comparable to the food from Panera or Jimmy Johns and way better tasting. Plus, they offer great deals through their online rewards program.

Zoups always has good food, it's just always expensive. If it was a little cheaper, I'd go there more often. -1 star for price but all of the rest of the stars are definitely earned.

For the first time going there the food was really good

Food has no flavor. Lobster Bisque is just warm milk that was transported near a lobster.
