Not very friendly today.. gave us our Frosties, I had to ask for spoons. The guy working the drive - thru he gets a 5 start
Closes at 3 or 4pm on the random days of the week they're open, and also whenever they feel like it. Not reliable enough to drive off the main road for. No signs letting customers know they're open or closed.
Wendy's was closed upon arrival. Was told they close at 10pm and they were closed at 9:30pm. Staff was visible inside the restaurant but would not come to the drive thru to assist us.
Drive thru was fairly fast, breakfast biscuit sandwich seemed a bit small.
This location had 15 cars waiting in the drive thru today around 3pm, no sign up or common courtesy to say they were closed for the afternoon! Keep it up and you’ll be closed for good with that poor customer service ?
So dissapointing. Went to the Wendy's at Novi Road and Grand River for the second time in a week ot order Chili. The first time, ordered two large chilis and 4 hot sauces and the second time 1 large chili and 2 hot sauces. The first visit, both chilis were only 3/4 full and only 2 of the 4 hot sauces were included. There was also a sign on the speaker that due to staff shortage, they would be closing at 1:30. The second visit, paid for a large chili but received a small chili and again only 3/4 full and this time no hot sauce. Also ordered a "fresh" salad, which was not fresh at all and the lettuce was wilted, dark green in spots and slimy.
I hate fast food. Hate it to the extent I won't eat anything but Wendy's. Their chicken sandwhiches are really good, but my all time favorite is a single with cheese plain. The hamburger actually tastes like hamburger, so you don't need all the extras to mask the taste of filler. I know it's sounds bland, but try it sometime, it's fantastic!

Stupid location, closed at 5pm? I went at 3 before and they said all they had was nuggets. Why ever open? Just close for good
The food was fresh which is why I’m giving three stars. Their drive through only currently and but have no signs whatsoever to indicate such. When the manager saw me attempt to enter she indicated the lobby was closed in a less than friendly way. I suggested putting a sign up and she was even more rude. Pretty pathetic customer service and friendliness from someone who should be ensuring it.
