Smoothies were very good.They are not shy at all with their prices.Service was very quick.
I have to say, the staff here is phenomenal. Picked up an order the other day and, despite clearly being short-staffed (I think there were only two people working) and flooded with online orders as well as several in-store customers, they were still extremely polite and pleasant to deal with, and my order was fantastic. I know it's not an east environment out there right now but you rocked it, keep up the good work!!
Went to pick up my online order and my smoothie didn’t taste like it usually does….(I order the same smoothie at every Cafe between downriver and novi, the same way so I know how it looks and taste.) Ask staff to remake it and they said they made it as requested and that I was accusing the of lying about making it correctly, didn’t think it was that big of a deal when two employees began to argue with me about a remake. When I asked for a refund the young lady told me not to come back to the store. This is the second issue I had with the little girl… Only reported it since two employees wanted to argue and be rude about it.
Staff is super friendly and I've had nothing but good service at this location. However, the 3 star review here is for the sign I read on the wall that said broken blenders will be taken out of employees' tips. It is illegal for an employer to steal tips from employees. If you have an issue with staff messing with the blenders there are other ways to handle it, you DO NOT steal their tips. Not a good look.
On this particular day. ( could be the luck of the draw. Don't typically have any issues or signs of concern) I was with my mom and she orders her her wrap with a kale slaw. I ordered the jerk chicken and chips. We sit down and wait. I realized I didn't get my chips so I go back to the front and tell the young guy I didn't get the chips. He says ok and I get some. We get our meal, once we get to the car realizes she does t have her kale slaw. Go inside and the guy says "we are out of the slaw, here have some chips". Nothing against him or anything but it would of been helpful if when placing the order to know that bit of information. Also the countertop had tons of dropped fruit on it. As mentioned before could of been luck of the draw cause it seemed to have a younger crew there that day. Food was good and drink was delicious per usual though!

Going to another tropical smoothie would be smarter then stopping at this one. I have been getting the same drink from different tropical smoothie for a while now and never has it been made this poorly. The Customer service is also horrible when walking up to the register you would think that The person behind the register would ask what I could get for you or what would you like. This is not the case for this tropical smoothie the server just stands there. Honestly the worst experience at a tropical smoothie and its sad
Store was clean and staff was the usual nice, store manager yelled hiiiiiiiiiiiii right next to me. I said hi how are you, manager stared right into my eyes, waited a moment then said what can I get you..... Smoothie I ordered had extras, none of which were added. I try to never leave bad reviews and this would of been a 3 star but.....best damn Cajun shrimp wrap I've ever had not made by someone who's Cajun!
Dirty inside. Little girls were rude and lazy. Small order took forever. Staff was more focused on themseleves than work.
The non yogurt smoothies are what I get and the apple kale slaw. Also, I get the corn & hummus veggie wrap minus ranch/ cheese.
