The food was really good. And so were the smoothies. Service was a little slow but they were also busy
I have been drinking kiwi quenchers for the past 10 years of my life and this was definitely the most strangest tasting ones. Island Green was 10/10 but this score is going down because overall order. Maybe it was because I added banana? I’m sure I’ll be back and will edit score if kiwi quencher hits better next time
Everything was rushed, no one cared, but the food was not the worst I've had from tropical smoothie.
Inconsistent food and service. Ordered the same meal (sandwich and smoothie) on different days. Different ingredients, prep and taste. Male answered phone and told me no managers on the weekend. Called back. Female answered phone who transferred me to manager. Unfortunately, manager was salty and unhelpful. They have lost a customer.Given the many customers giving you excruciating details about where this location (and team) are falling short, I'm not going to waste time rearticulating on your contact form. If you really are the owner, spend some time in your place of business or send in mystery shoppers to confirm the feedback multiple customers are giving you. Otherwise, just admit you don't care as long as you're making money.
The smoothie's are always amazing. I love the fact that I can create my own by adding fruits and supplements, or taking out any ingredient I don't like. I am in this place everyday, sometimes twice and the employees go out of their way to be friendly and offer outstanding service. Customer for life!
I stop at this location on a regular basis for my breakfast. They do a good job making sure that your order is right. The friendly staff adds to the atmosphere as well. A special shout out to Mitchell for being friendly outgoing and courteous. He’s a true testament to professionalism. Thanks again to all y’all for helping to make my days start off right!
Ordered lunch from Tropical smoothie through the App, 30 minutes later delivered but only partial order…. Let driver know food is missing when she hands me smoothies. She shrugs and says that was all that was set out and just walks out. I call the location and the manager answers and says he’ll bring it, verifies address. Still waiting for that order and I talked to him at noon. It’s 1:15pm. Tried multiple times to call and it’s busy or hangs up. Tried corporate number which goes to voicemail which is not set up. Still trying to call, my coworker gets a hold of them and they yell at me they are super busy and couldn’t leave. Says they will refund my order, never takes/ verifies my name. Sets phone down and still waiting on her to come back to the phone…… hung up and tried to call back. Busy!!!???
I ordered at 7:09am online. The app told me it would be ready at 7:21. I showed up at 7:20. The lights were on but the door was locked. I tried calling but no one answered. I never got my food. I waited 10 minutes. I tried calling for the next 30 minutes. Nobody answer. My app was marked as “completed” sometime later and I was still charged. Edit to add: they made it right the next morning and remade my food.
My husband's smoothie tastes like LaCroix. As if the chick ate a strawberry and coughed into the cup before adding ice.My acai berry boost was fine. But I've had better at other Tropical Smoothie locations.
I order from this place at least two times a week through door dash and I have literally never received a straw. Literally the most low key irritating thing you can do as a smoothie place
