I go to this Tim Horton’s almost every day. I use the drive through service and order a tea. Mary is usually the one taking my order. She is so refreshing and kind to me as a frequent customer. She’s the perfect way to start my day. If you’re in the area, stop by, say hello to Mary and quench your thirst!
I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go two times. They are hard to understand and when you ask questions they don't understand you. Both times I ordered a drink that was to be sweetened (1st time: caramel iced coffee and 2nd time: biebs brew), but both times they gave me non-sweetened coffees. I even double checked the second time I went, but it still came unsweetened. I have not had problems at other Tim Hortons. Do not go here. They don't know their own menu items. I was traveling both times, and I didn't know until already on the road. So I couldn't go back and I couldn't just stop somewhere and add sugar, since it's a cold drink. Worst Tim Hortons around.
It's alright service and I don't usually wait too long. But they continually get my order wrong. I would say if I used a ratio, it's close to 1-10 times they actually get it right. And all I'm ordering is wrap with both sausage and bacon. They either don't give me one of the meats and I've wasted my money, or they make a completely different wrap.And one time they tried giving me a wrong order despite me pointing out it was wrong because "they already made it". That's not my problem. Do your job right.
This is the Tim Horton I normally go to, they are usually quick or not a long wait time and my order is always right. I don’t go every day, but the lady in drive thru always remembers I like my receipt.I don’t know what was up with her today, however my order was wrong. I always say what I want… I ordered a #7- sausage, egg and cheese crisoant meal, with a vanilla cream donut ( instead of hash brown) and a med Oreo Capp supreme. Today I did order 2 additional donuts, Boston crème and sprinkle chocolate dip. All they had to do was listen, my sandwich was wrong it had folded egg and bacon on it, she yelled at me over the intercom stating they didn’t have a chocolate sprinkled dip donut and then ended the transaction, so my total popped up and the screen told me to move forward. When I came to the window, I thought I had had mid understood her so I asked again about the chocolate sprinkled donut, she yelled at me again, stating they didn’t have it. At this point I was frustrated and I told her I needed a sprinkled donut, whatever kind she has add it to my order or take one of my other donuts away, I don’t care. She said she would and never did. I never got a straw, never got my sprinkled donut, my sandwich was wrong and never got my receipt. I will never return to this location, EVER!
For the same price as a drink at Starbucks next door you can get an entire breakfast. Yes the coffee is not teaming with sugar flavors, it is however very good and I have yet to be disappointed from on the food or drink despite numerous visits.
Very busy but food was good. They gave us an extra large cappuccino for the wait. Was very nice
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese with bacon on an English muffin … was not given any egg on my sandwich I called to complain and they didn’t answer the phone.A previous time I went to here they charged me for a coffee I DIDNT order. I ordered an ice capp and a bagel. When I got to the window I told the women at the window I didn’t order that and she said I already charged you for it …
If you like green eggs then order a breakfast sandwich. The cold hash brown was also a nice touch. If you want decaf coffee they can’t serve you. By the way they don’t answer the drive through so you need to enter the store.
Tim Hortons usually has people who are in a rush but try to quickly answer your questions. The breakfast sandwiches I have had are always edible and the donuts gave always been excellent.
