There's almost always a wait, so be prepared or make a reservation. A few times that I've been there, their was a very rude hostess. I get it, you're busy. But I'm being polite and just making a request with my booking, or just asking for an update. I almost left the last time I was there because of her attitude. And unless you want to sit next to someone and it feel like they are literally on top of you, I would ask for a booth. They have a area of tables that are so close together you can barely squeeze between them. The prices are so expensive, but I guess you're paying for the name. The food is good however. I don't think I've ever had anything bad per say. A few things have been just okay that i wouldn't order again, but it's mostly pretty good, and I've had some really good dishes.

I always wanted to go here and try the food. I just never wanted to wait that long to eat. Everytime I went there was always a long wait and we would leave. I'm a little impatient when hungry. So finally there wasn't a wait this time. The food and service was wonderful. We got the lettuce wraps for an appetizer, which we're not like the lettuce wraps that I usually get from other places. It was a build your own lettuce wraps, but still delicious. My daughter loved them. Honestly you could order it as a meal, which next time we might do. It's filling. Just everything was so fresh and crisp. Then our meals came out. My daughter always gets a steak. This time she got Ribeye which she loved and I got the Chicken Bellagio. It was huge and absolutely delicious. After mixing all of the sauces together, Mmmmmm so good. I wish I took pictures but I was just too hungry. It came with 2 huge pieces of chicken with a cream sauce and then pasta on top of the chicken, and then basil sauce on top of that. I will definitely get this again. We definitely had to try the cheesecake which was soooo delicious and so many selections to choose from. We took a lot of food home at the end of our meal. Besides the amazing food, the waitress was absolutely amazing. She was polite throughout the entire meal and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Was very personable and attentive. Even though their fryer was down and there were some foods that we couldn't get, it really didn't make a difference in our dining experience. So I definitely would come back to this cheesecake factory again. Even if there is a line, I will wait. I think, it's worth waiting for.UPDATE: For my birthday I decided I wanted to eat here. I, of course got my Chicken Bellagio and wanted to try a different cheesecake then last time. I also wanted to get pictures of the food we order which I was horrible at doing. I did not take pictures of the appetizers we got, which was the build your own lettuce wraps and the egg roll sampler. They both were really good. For the cheesecake I picked the celebration cheesecake. I posted a pic of it. If you don't like your cheesecake to be too sweet, then this one is perfect. I liked it for that reason. It was cheesecake, looked really good and didn't have an overpowering of sweetness in every bite. I'd still recommend this place.

Our wait time with no reservation was two hour on a Saturday. It was my first time there and I have heard of the hype and it did not really live up to the expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Here is my take :Good: the spinach and chips was really good.Very Bad:the Mac and cheese bites were not good. The salmon and herb was not all that and the shrimp coconut with rice was not it. I did not care for the cheesecake eitherLater on that night I actually had a lot of stomach pain and had to throw up all the food I had at the Cheesecake Factory. I don’t think I will be making the trip again and wait the time I did for the mediocre food.

I have had a lot of Cheese Cake take outs but never really dined in until today. This place doesn’t take reservations and the wait times are usually about an hour. The food tasted great and the service was decent. Everything on their menu is very high in calories, Stay away if you’re someone who tracks your calorie intake. Must try the cheesecakes if you go.

Had a reservation for 18:30, but table had been released even though we reached by 18:44. And this 'reach time' is to the counter, since there were folks ahead of us at the door. It wasn't on us that they release tables within 15min of reservation time, especially since that isn't stated anywhere. Even after a request to be allocated a table quickly, we were made to wait 40mins before I saw several booths available that we could've been seated at. After approaching the counter, we were belatedly seated. Apart from this disturbing the mood of a b'day dinner, we had a decent time, but my rating reflects the dissatisfaction with the initial welcome. The first 40mins we killed at the bar, with a mean Bloody Mary served just the right amount of Tabasco and vodka not too diluted by ice. When we were finally seated, the service was fast and excellent. Our server was great and the menu is a vast selection where you can almost certainly find something to please the palate. We chose stuff recommended to us by our server and were all appreciated. We had Dynamite Shrimp starter, followed by the Steak Diane, Spicy Chicken Chipotle pasta as main course. Since it was a b'day, we got the complimentary scoopette of vanilla icecream and fudge with wiped cream along with a regular order of an Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake, and a Hershey Chocolate bar Cheesecake. Needless to say these were awesome?

My first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Too be honest I was formally of the impression that this place was over priced hype, basically a Chilis on steroids. It certainly surpassed my expectations.Service-This place gets busy , think 1 1/2 hour wait time busy. So we made reservations and while we were actually 5 minutes late we’re almost immediately seated. Our server Ronni was especially attentive and gracious. To be fair they were missing a few items that complicated things but she was quick to offer apologies and suggestions.Food-Apps-We had two appetizers that I didn’t take pictures of stuffed mushroom caps and a chopped salad. Both fairly tasty and a heady portion. Salad was on the pricey side for “ Appetizer Salad” at 15.00$ but too be fair you could have eaten it as your entree.Entrees-Not sure if you have seen the price of a filet lately but for the quality and quantity you couldn’t beat it. Slightly over done but tender and delicious. Real mashed redskin potatoes and sautéed green beans made for a delicious book end. We opted to try the opulent ( CALORIE LADEN) Mac and cheese and while it doesn’t hold a finger to my wife’s it was warm cheesy and satisfying.I know that I’ll get some grief but the Star in my opinion of this culinary show was of all things the modest Turkey burger. Juicy and plump and grilled to perfection. Served with thick slices of avocado, red onion and tomato with a house made garlic aioli served on a fluffy potato bread. Only criticism was it was slightly bland and could use some acid, lemon or lime but overall was delicious. As was the fries.Desert-Here is where we lose the star my wife wanted to come here specifically for the Godiva cheesecake. Unfortunately they only had frozen ones and were also out of approximately 6 others. Cmon folks it says it in the name and of all things I had assumed you wouldn’t have been out of , Cheesecake would probably have been last on the list.We opted for a frozen piece for the road.Price-This is not a quick service restaurant and a lot of things come ala carte’, for two people with drink expect too come in a little over 100$. Worth it.Value-These were minor complaints and overall I recommend this spot, good food , great service and fun lively atmosphere. Give it a shot and let me know what you think!!!?

This is a very busy restaurant, especially on the weekends. However the system they have in place to deal with the volume of people is very effective. We anticipated to wait a while for our food but we had a normal turnaround time. This is not the first time we've been here and the consistency of flavor and service has been evident with every visit. This time we were here celebrating a birthday and all had a great meal.

Maurice our waiter was amazing. Food was top notch. Worth the wait worth all. We were here for easter dinner and they handle the busy day well

I used to like a roasted chicken dish that came with a delicious lemon sauce, but they sadly removed it from the menu. So, I tried the filet mignon. What a disappointment! For $34, I should at least GET a filet. The cut of meat was definitely not a filet. The food took so long to come from the kitchen that the manager apologized. It was a busy lunch Saturday, but not ridiculously so. The mashed potatoes were good, as was the bread. My husband got a shrimp scampi, which wasn't prepared the way any shrimp scampi we've ever seen. The shrimp were battered and fried before being placed on the angel hair pasta plate. While his food tasted OK, the whole meal was grossly overpriced for what it was. The cheesecake here is amazing, but I wouldn't bother eating a meal here again.

Dined in after a really long time here and as always great tasting food. Ordered their Avocado Egg rolls for the first time and they were super tasty and melted in your mouth. Love how they have plenty of vegetarian options. Got their Evelyn's Pasta which were so flavorful! Lastly, had their heavenly Tiramisu Cheesecake! Their lunch portions are huge so order accordingly! The service was great too! Will definitely continue to come here!
